I feel that touch is an essential element to a balanced life and find that massage exchange is an affordable way to meet this need. My background in massage is strictly amateur, but for over 20 years I have enjoyed giving massages and receiving them as well. From a light touch to a deep kneading of the knots in one's back, it all helps relieve stress and provide a connection with mankind. My style is usually long firm strokes, Swedish style. I am a married (gay) man and can arrange to host when I coordinate plans with him so that we (exchange partner) may have our privacy. My husband receives practically daily back rubs from me, as I enjoy helping him wake up and/or go to sleep with long strokes up and down his back to help him relax. And I like when I can share this gift with others too. Update as of February 2023: making great progress on weight loss, down over 50 lbs from a pandemic high. Reached my goal...now going for a stretch goal, an extra 10 lbs to go.
