2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
It all depends on the connection. I can usually tell within a couple of emails/messages whether there is a connection or if the person is what I'm seeking.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Sensual massages would require a little more communication. However I am new after an experience or two...I may be less hesitant.
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
Some can take longer till I feel ready to.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I like meeting people chat
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
Always good to gets a feel for who you are considering an exchange with. Make sure you both agree to the things you are looking for, before meeting.
-
At least 2 to make sure both are serious and know what the other seeks
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I like to know something of the person first. Areas that need attention on both of us.
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
1 email with all the info is all I need.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
A few emails followed by meeting in a neutral public place
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
And then meeting in public place, to make sure everything clicks
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I want to get to know someone before proceeding. Ideally a phone conversation next, followed by meeting in person.
0: I ask for an appointment on my first e-mail
This depends on the person arranging the exchange you should get enough information from the profile
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
as many as it takes to feel comfortable, plus phone conversation is good and can sometimes fasttrack a meetup
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Meeting in a neutral place - coffee shop for instance - is another option to get to know the person.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
I usually like to have a face to face meeting before asking for an appointment.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
It takes time to coordinate schedules and interests and get to know each other.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I would want several emails and a meet & greet before scheduling an exchange. I want to know the person I am exchanging with because I need to trust them, and for them to trust me. That can only occur if we get to know each other. I would not exchange phone numbers with them before the meet & greet. What if they turn out to not be trustworthy? I would also want my wife to have the name, address, and phone number of the person I'm meeting, just in case I do not return home at the appointed time.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
Seems to be alot of nice genuine people on here, please don't think I looked on your profile and thought  no. Because Sadly I'm a free member and I have no gold things so can't read or reply to msgs. But as for this question, I guess it depends on the email I receive, I am easy going and understanding for those that plan to use this site in the correct and respectful way
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
Emails tell you nothing about the person. You can say anything you want in an email. I like to make sure they know if we do not match up good we can both walk away. One email can do that.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Like to know the individual, likes, dislikes.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
I like to get to know their personality, preferences and tastes. Also I like to hear their voice.
0: I ask for an appointment on my first e-mail
When customers call for an appointment, do you have them call back several times before you book them? With 45 years of working on others, I have never feared about anything.
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
or non..then an appointment
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
I'm surprised that people are so reticent and expect a face to face meeting before scheduling an appointment... You wouldn't vet your potential clients over a coffee... what's the difference?
0: I ask for an appointment on my first e-mail
I don't believe you can get to know someone via emails, so I will get to know them during the massage.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I like to know the person somewhat before I meet them. I like to find out what they like in a massage and expect. I like nude massages or draped whatever works for you I'm easy going.
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
just like to say hello 1st is all
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
Like to make sure we are both comfortable with each other's needs and expectations.
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
talk then lets get 2 gether
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
It would be nice to at least get a reply from an email first!!!
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
1email is usually plenty. I come directly to the point of any contact.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
Talking and relaxing in each other's company is important.  But at least in massage you don't HAVE to keep taking.  I'd rather make sure we have good physical connection. There are better sites to make small talk. I really want to learn, yeah and enjoy! X
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
This is usually what happens although sometimes it can take a bit longer depending on availability.
0: I ask for an appointment on my first e-mail
I MEAN LETS BE REAL EVERYONE IS ON HERE TRYING TO EITHER GIVE OR GET A MASSAGE SO WHY BEAT AROUND THE BUSH HIT ME UP LADIES
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
In most cases there's no reply to my initial approach(as happens on most of these sites). Where someone replies positively it usually takes 2 or 3 messages to effect a meeting.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I WANT TO TALK TO THEM B 4 WE MEET
0: I ask for an appointment on my first e-mail
This is what people are here for. Simple.
0: I ask for an appointment on my first e-mail
Like to meet see face to face get to know one another and go from there
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
I would like to get to know the person prior to the appointment. This is to insure a connection is established before a connection is experienced
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
It takes me a bit to warm up to someone. Trust.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Of course it may be different for different people... depending on how uch info they give on each email.. and the feeling you get about them..
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
I tend to be straight forward in my questions and usually 0-1 emails are enough - less if I reach out, more if they contact me. Guys traveling tend to be way more of getting to know them ahead of time because of the situation.

I have worked professionally for 20 years and do not need to meet elsewhere first. They usually work on me first, and if they are not as good as they have touted I have no problem in kindly cutting it short and give them a short one as well.

Met a wide range of skill levels here. Some of the best ones have been untrained enthusiasts, some crappy professionals, but a few that are stellar. Boy, they blew my mind!
0: I ask for an appointment on my first e-mail
Life is short and there is no point of waiting to find a connection.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Like to have a few emails before speaking of massage
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
I would prefer 1 or 2 emails followed by an appointment but we can meet and talk about expectations and boundaries in person too. It really doesn't matter to me.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I like to get to know who I'm touching and vice versa I'm sure. Not just for safety purposes but to get to know who you are working with.
0: I ask for an appointment on my first e-mail
Surely, like any customer/provider relationship you're contacting/being contacted because you are compatible in need?

I don't think waiting and exchanging endless messages is necessary. Of course if a client prefers this approach I wouldn't deter them, but for me if I contact someone then I want a treatment.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Its nice to get even a small review on a person you're talking to. Everything is easier later. Massage exchange (even i love to give more than receive). Ireland,  Dublin...
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I like to get to know the person somewhat first unless they already have positive reviews.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Getting to know a person and establishing expectations and first meeting in a public place is important to me.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I always look to see if the person has reviews FIRST, then initiate communication. This takes out a lot of credibility questions before you even start, which is great. Then, after a greet, and two or three back and forthe, see try to match schedules and have an exchange. I have had a lot of positive experiences on the site, and no negative...
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Usually 3 +emails are done without thinking, but i still think its wise to take further precautions, i.e. if applicable read reviews and/or meet in public place first
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
To many negative experiences with quick meetings.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
I agree that email construction helps to establish intentions as well as setting boundaries and matching expectations of both parties. Communication is key here in ensuring the creation of a safe space for both giver and receiver. Keep communication real, concise, coherent and consistent.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
Most are here on a free basis, so no effective communication is possible without paying, and even then, many guys are too insecure to respond in any way.
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
Would prefer to get to know a bit about someone before meeting.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Haven't met anybody yet. I'm beginning to think this isn't going to work or isn't for real. Would want to meet in public place first.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I prefer to get to know the person with a few e-mail exchanges before meeting a stranger in person... safety and determine if our interests and compatible. A clear recent photo is also essential.
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
If they seem genuine then one email would suffice. A pic in the email is helpful.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I believe knowing each other is important to settle down therefore prefers to interact through watsapp before meeting personally.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Like to make sure that the person or people we are communicating with seem intelligent and safe. You can tell a lot by the way some construct their emails.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
After exchanging a few messages a meeting in a public location is in order to confirm the connection.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Also like to check reviews. If none, then further emails will be required to verify locale, etcetera.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
I dont want email-tennis, but I do like to get an idea of what the person is like. If I get that from the profile alone, then I'm happy to make appointment straight off, otherwise a couple of emails to get a sense of the person I might be spending time/opportunity with
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
I am ok with one or two,,One would think that there are no players on here and that's just for good people, looking to relax.
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
Depends on the content of the email & the sender's profile. But if this communication is fine for both parties then why not plan to meet at least?
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
I have typically asked to meet someone in a public place first. Being a man I want the woman to feel safe and comfortable with me.
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
Relaxation all the way !!!!
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
NO 3
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Being a couple I am more particular about getting to know the person especially if it is another man. Can't stress the safety factor enough in regards to protecting my wife and myself
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
I prefer knowing something about the person I exchange with and then we set up some place for coffee to continue talking before meeting for an exchange.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
I like to have at least one phone conversation before setting up an exchange. I feel more comfortable talking to someone who has posted a picture.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
From the sensitive nature of my household's members and my personal safety of identity and exact location, I would want to find out as much background info as possible, as i am sure the other party would also want of me. Currently i am being subjected to a UK CRB check, for my volunteer & carer work, I will update my status accordingly. Does this site have verified email system, just wondering?
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Three's a fair number. Appreciate it when exchange takes place. I have zero time for time wasters anf flakers.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
Especially if the person approaching me does not have a picture (preference for face pictures) I first ask them to share a picture. Along with the request to share a face picture I ask them what modalities they are seeking. If they don't send me a face picture I close down the dialogue. If they send me a picture and I have the skill set they need - I attempt to lock down an appointment on the third contact.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Before I entrust my wife's gorgeous body to another guy's hands and eyes, it is imperative that I am comfortable that they are a gentleman.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
The more info from each other the better.
0: I ask for an appointment on my first e-mail
I just email and say should you be interested, contact me. I presume since many aren't paying they cant write me easily. It doesn't work well, probably 1 in 20 is all that reply.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I would like 2 to 3 emails minimum, then a call. I've way to many folks at the last minute, remember they had to get "their eyebrows waxed" and not show, etc.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I like to take time to learn my partners boundaries so that the massage is comfortable from both points of view. Wherever possible I like to speak on the phone too - it is far easier to gauge their reactions to what is being proposed in the massage in a telephone conversation.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
We usually speak after a few e-mails and then chat a bit before starting a session...either in a public forum on on the phone. I would also suggest that the site REQUIRE a photo - preferably a recent photo - of its members. I don't care if it's only a head shot...it makes the communication easier if you can "see" with whom you are communicating and possibly letting into your home.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Think it is wise to know a little about the person you are exchanging with
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Would be nice to share personal emails from the beginning.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
It depends on the questions asked and information available on profiles, but I like to avoid message table tennis while getting as much info and reassurance as possible.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
some emails and a meeting seem to be necessary... we have time, and since it can get quite close, we need to establish comfort, both ways.
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
I may have 1 or 2 emails to ask/answer questions but phone to make appointment
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
Experience over the years has taught me that good open communication shows in an email exchange, the more open and honest the emailer is the more comfortable I am to try and setup an exchange as soon as possible, the reason I am on this site is for exchanges to not only get a massage but to give one and to share with others that have a passion for massage to share and exchange idea's and skill sets and learn more and most of all enjoy the experiences this site gives me the chance to do all this without being out of pocket.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
For me it's more than assessing the safety of going to their place or hosting, it's about compatibility of personalities. Where is the relaxation in a massage if you are feeling defensive against a very aggressive person? ...or if you like to chat and the other party is very quiet it might not be a good match.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
For me it depends on how well the other person communicates---
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I like to talk to someone for a while before i go to see them as i cant host, you need to fill safe going to someone`s home.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
Some form of communication and understanding is a sensible way to start.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
Typically there's an exchange of a few emails followed by exchanging phone numbers. If there's a possibility of our availability coinciding then we set up a meet and greet at a coffee shop to see if we both feel comfortable.
1: One e-mail, then an appointment follows
Hi I would like get to know the person with one mail.

I believe you can formulate gut feelings with a sensible email chat
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
Like to know who is enjoying my touch
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I'm new to the site - and fully agree with Ynotgiveitatry - well said! It's important to get to know the other person, for many reasons. I wonder if the answers differ between male/female and couples?
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
like to have a phone call before meeting
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
I would like to get to know someone a bit before scheduling.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
They are still a stranger. I met one person and I established a "safe call". Someone had their address, email name/handle, phone number. I had a set time I checked in.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
After a couple emails I would rather meet an individual in person for coffee and see if we both feel comfortable with the situation. Can only get to know a person so well online...
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
The email phase makes it so effortless to answer a few questions back and forth to get to know someone. It's the first "vibe," to let you know whether it is going to work or not. I put a lot of thought into how I represent myself in emails, since I don't have a picture on profile, yet. I do my best to be as transparent as possible, and feel like others have done the same.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
Always good to get to know someone first!!
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
To feel comfortable is sometimes quicker for some
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
The chemistry needs to be right. Sharing emails does a lot but meeting for coffee fills in the gaps.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
I need to know who I tuch
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
I like to have a phone call before meeting. This gives one more level of security.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
You need to know what you both want! That takes a few emails
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
If accomodating or if travelling far I always want a mobile phone number
0: I ask for an appointment on my first e-mail
it all depends on the individual.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
Best to know what you get yourself into before hand.
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
I'm pretty straightforward about why I'm here and what I need so I don't like long email exchanges before a meet
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I would want to talk to the person on the phone before scheduling.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I won't exchange with anyone without first meeting in a public, neutral location for a face to face. I want to get a sense of who they are in the real world, and I'm sure they should too. I've run into a couple of folks who just felt wrong, and I've walked away without hesitation. Personality really matters with this stuff, and you can't always tell who's bats#!t crazy just by looking.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
always better safe than sorry,
2: I get to know them with usually 2 e-mails, then an appointment e-mail on the 3rd
I always try to speak on the phone first; i would not feel happy meeting up on emails alone.
3+: I like to get to know the person well before scheduling
I think it's important to know the person you are going to meet. Not just to know their massage style, what they prefer and expect but also who they are. There is so much going on about these days. Better safe than sorry.
