90 minutes
90 mins is the limit for my body to work giving a massage. 30mins of deep remedial and then 60mins of Swedish works really well for my clients and my stamina.
KK136
60 minutes
I go longer as I do not expect a non therapist to have my stamina.
bob4massage
90 minutes
I choose 90 but anything longer is better.  It takes me at least 20-30 to get life's annoyances out of my head. If I was doing a trade, I'd have to say 60.

120 minutes
Longer is always better. That does not mean it has to be continuous. For me first 20-30 minutes are good for massage. Rest is for fun and play. I am open for mixing both sensual massage and play.

60 minutes
I answered 60 minutes, although if it is recurring exchange situation, 90 would be my preference.

Definitely 90 - 120 slow and steady builds up the sensations and relaxation

90 is nice, but realistically for an exchange 60 per partner is probably the optimal time.

How could I put a time on that

5 or 6 hrs would be awesum.... he he

My ideal one-way receiving massage would be 90 minutes. I don't know if I'd honestly have the stamina to reciprocate a 90-minute rub if I had just received one, though.

90 minutes
I find when I give a massage and am really into it, time goes by so fast and 60 minutes isn't quite enough.  90 is about right if you can afford to spend the time.
Jmassage58

While I can very easily go 120 mins to work out tension in the entire body, My ideal giving and receiving is 90.  I'll always suggest we each do one side, switch, then do the other side and switch.  After a straight 90 min session front and back, one of us is usually not feeling like getting off the table to work!  Lol

OMG... when i am receiving it can last and last
Bigoldbearva

It takes 90 minutes to really work all the muscles especially if there are sensual elements.
MagicHands2u

Somewhere between 60 - 90 minutes is ideal for me.

I voted for 120 but meant to say 60.

First 60 to work the muscles , next 30 to enjoy, relax may sleep :).

! hour is fine with me, then one hour for exchange partner - if all the kinks are rubbed out in 45 minutes, I don't complain.

90 minutes is the ideal time for a massage

For a regular full body massage, I find that 75 minutes is my normal rhythm, and I get to cover the main muscle groups, ending with some energy work that usually puts the client to sleep.Like everything else in life, if you are going to add "problem areas" or if it is a large client (and I have had some "giants" on my table), then, more time is required: Usually a 90-120 minute-massage when that is the case. For a trade, if it's got to be done on the same day, then 50 minutes can work just fine. I don't like to spend a whole afternoon doing a trade.

i always feel like another half hour would have been gr8!

120 minutes
When I give or receive a massage I think it's something not to be rushed, so the longer the better for me.
[Private]
120 minutes
I prefer to get and give a 2 hour massage. When receiving it feels like an hour flys by. It takes me about an hour to relax and to start enjoying a massage. It's not often that I get to treat myself to some relaxation. If it's deep tissue an hour is plenty to receive.

Definetly 90 mins both giving and getting
KneadUMassage
90 minutes
My usual full body massage is 75 minutes.  1 hour is too short to allow any concentration on problem areas. But I do run over occasionally . . . .

60 minutes works best for me. clients to learn to complete the process of stress relief and relaxation at home after the session.

60 minutes
If only one end massage I would say 60 is great but if 2 way, 90 min would be fantastic
ranmassage

60-90 is my preference and I try to get a massage once a week.

If you ar going to involve sensual touching and more than 90 minutes is perfect. Any more and is too long any less and it too short
[Private]
90 minutes
If Full body massage 90-120 mins,No rush, enjoy leisurely time.If the budget or time is limited, 30-60 minutes is Okay, the premise must be a good massage technique

90 minutes
I never really count, but even when I'm just giving with no recip it's about 90+
[Private]
120 minutes
Who doesn't love a 120 minute massage. This gives plenty of time to work on areas of need and still take care of the entire body. On these 120 minute sessions, it's best to save a swap for another day.
[Private]
90 minutes
90 It takes 30 minute just to get comfortable but two hours can wear anyone out.
TwinSpiritTouch
90 minutes
I think 90 minutes is the minimum for a full body massage that includes a little extra time spent on any problem areas.   120 minutes is a luxury massage.  I love to get or give 2-hour massages but wouldn't want to exchange 2-hour massages in the same session.
[Private]
45 minutes
I find 30 minutes is way too short and 45 to 60 minutes is a great time for relaxing without repetition on a full body massage
FreeRubKnead
90 minutes
Ideally, 90 minutes of quality table time for all modalities except Thai Massage or Shiatsu, which both require an additional thirty minutes.

Love long  sensual and erotic massages
txplorer8
90 minutes
I prefer 90 minutes or a little more if I am giving. I also prefer if swapping we do it on different days. If you are into getting a massage for stress relief and relaxation then having to give one the same day after receiving one just ruins the benefit.

30 minutes
I never thought that a 90 minute massage would be good.

90 minutes
90 minutes at least, love 120 minutes and more if I can find some one that could go that long. Never enough massage! Love giving them and love getting them :)
[Private]
60 minutes
I think 60 min. is just about right, but if the recipient would like to go longer I'll oblige, but no longer than 90 min.
[Private]
120 minutes
120 is the ultimate. But it is better to do it in 2 matches. The receiver is too relaxed to give a massage after 2 hours of letting go-. Hard to back to earth. As professional Masso, 90 min is a minimum - especially for tao-tantra, but when I exchange a massage, I understand that not everyone is ready to do so. The important thing is the quality of our presence to our partner.

When I give you a massage it will go for over 90 minutes. The extra time makes sense to me.
[Private]
60 minutes
An hours good, time to get the knots out and chillax, gives enough time for an exchange there and then too.
massagelover96
60 minutes
In 30 minutes you are just settled and into their rhythm, 60 and your starting to enjoy it so 90 is best. 120 is too long and starts to feel like a waste of a day especially if you are swopping over that day
[Private]

45 minutes feels a bit short. 90 minutes feels like I'm wasting my day.

60 minutes just feels like a shortfall to me. 90 is good. I don't like to feel rushed - giving or receiving.
jfpants
90 minutes
As I was trained to give a full body massage for 60 minutes, I rarely ever give one for any less than that, unless requested specifically. So a 90 minute massage is indulengent
DublinMale
90 minutes
I'd go for 90 minutes as a preference, if it's a professional. At 60 minutes you are really relaxing, so the next 30 minutes is icing on the cake.
