One of my best friends in college eventually became a licensed massage therapist. I was one of her practice friends as she learned her techniques. I've been receiving (occasionally giving) massages for several decades and really enjoy the practice and believe me, massages are great for body and spirit! So I guess I can say that I've learned quite a bit because of my hands on experience over the years. I'm also very pleased to learn more and also learn how to give a good massage. My regular masseuse retired from the business so I'd love to replace her one of these days.
