In the past I have been stressed, worn out both physically and mentally. and I have found the BEST relief was not from yoga, meditation or exercises--all very good--But from massage. One person who is taking care of your aches, you are not working this out for yourself(you do that all the time!) You are allowing yourself to relax and surrender to another saying "look what I've done to myself" and the therapist is saying "OK c'mon lets make you better!"
Im an avid cyclist, swimmer and runner of errands. Looking to get the knots out and practice a health regimen that includes massage.
