I had the pleasure of being hosted by afg during a recent exchange. What a great exchange! He has a relaxed personality and takes the time for a nice conversation.Not a " do the massage job & go home" style some others have !
He massaged me first and made sure to check in on my comfort level and the technique he would apply. He has strong caring hands, he was very unhurried as he gave me an incredible massage. His techniques were greatl. I highly recommend afg.

It was a pleasure being massaged by afg. The man really knows everything about massages. He gave me one hell of massage. I had just got in from a long day of travel, went to his place where he host. Excellent wonderful home. The Massage was a 10 out of 10. Just great for a weary traveler.
afg was my first massage here and was so warm and kind and made me feel so relaxed. He greets you with such kindness and openness and treats you to such a relaxing and enjoyable massage. He is not a clock watcher, he enjoys giving massage and it shows. He treats you with respect and makes you feel so glad you were there.
I had a work related injury as a massage therapists for weeks now. When I visited afg's profile with Awesome reviews, I knew I had to contact him and set appointment for a therapeutic massage exchange even though he lived over 70 miles away. afg, immediately answered my email. A few days later, I had experienced his Muscle Release massage technique, which was awesome! afg, being a good man and host, and knowing my type of injury he offered to only massage me that day Priceless!!!
After his muscle releasing technique I felt much, better, I could move better, a neck and shoulder injury like mine takes time to heal and he, with only a one hour massage that day made me feel 80% better.
A week later afg, hosted me again, for a trade, this time for over 90 minute massage, put it this way today with only to short visits to afg'S beautiful home for therapeutic treatment I'm 100% better.

This gentleman is amazing! Not only did he give me a very relaxing, aligning massage, but also went over anatomy and the reasons why certain body parts hurt! He is defienitly a must go to if you wanna include spirituality in your massage!
Had a recent exchange with afg. He had a nice, clean & serene space for massage. Was a great experience from initial contact through nice exchange on his table. He is very knowledgeable in his craft.
Alan was great, he made me feel very comfortable and the room was very warm and relaxing from the start. The massage was perfect and loosened me up alot more than the deep tissue massages i get at the Chiroprator. I overall enjoyed the experience and his easy going personality, would definitely recommend.

Alan was the first person I saw through massage Exchange. He was very courteous, wanting to know my expectations and boundaries before starting.
The session wasn't just a massage. He helped relieve areas of my body where I had chronic pain and showed me what I can do on my own to prevent and treat as well.
