| So I was able to get in the hand's of afg a couple weeks ago and I must say I was overly impressed with his knowledge and skills. He was very patient/took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Clean comfortable space in his home. He's amazing at what he does. Thank you for the time we shared. From the moment I walked up to Alan at his place I felt welcomed and I would be in good hands. Very personable, knowledgeable & compassionate. Communication was quite clear. Very nice set up of office/treatment area.
I truly felt nurtured (a rarity for me, what a gift). His focus was 100% on me and my needs along with his intense desire to have me feel better. If your looking for someone that you can trust & let your guard down with and to be honored as the true spiritual being that you are; I have no reservations stating that Alan will provide you that sacred space. | I must admit, I have been feeling some pain in my hip for some time. Plus my left buttocks has felt frozen. I had seen a doctor, a chiropractor and even an acupuncturist. So I was hoping to find someone with massage therapy experience and afg has an impressive background in massage therapy. I met him at his sparkling clean private residence, and he complimented me on my appearance. (Ha! Flattery still works! lol) He showed me inside the house where he has a comfortable massage table with hand rests underneath set up in a room dedicated to massage. Soft music plays and I've never been on a massage table with hand-rest like this before. Please note: I am NOT all THAT experienced with massages so I guess I just expected an elbow or two in my tight lower back muscles. Not the case. First, he has very warm hands. Next, he moves slower than I've experienced; and adds different modalities too, like he put one hand on my chest while the other hand was on my back and just allowed relaxation to happen . All-in-all, he gave me THE MOST thorough, complete and un-rushed massage session that I have ever experienced in my life. Plus he offered stretching exercises. More importantly, when I got off the massage table feeling wonderful and about 100% better. Today the pain in my hip is almost completely gone. I would highly recommend afg! | |
