I read all the reviews of Sagittarian, and they were glowing. Could they be true?
They could. They are. I can vouch for it. From the very first strokes, I could tell I was in the hands of somebody who really knew what they were doing. I opted to massage him first, as I suspected I'd be a bit woozy after his deep-tissue massage. He provided me with feedback and advice, and gave me some really useful tips which I'll incorporate into my future massages. But back to his massage. It was very firm and very deep, and I could feel the knots of tension dissolving under his steady pressure. I can imagine some people might find it too much, but take my advice and just go with the flow. The benefits are incredible. He finishes up with a head/face massage, which is very, very relaxing. The perfect way to end. I was right to go first, as I did end up feeling a bit spaced out. And even now, the day after, I still have a slightly floaty feeling, after a great night's sleep. I just hope he got as much out of it as I did. I definitely want to meet up with Sagittarian again! Highly recommended. :) |

| I had a session with Sagittarian this past weekend and it was amazing. He was very warm and friendly and made me feel at ease, we discussed any injuries before starting. I came into the session with very tense muscles, a very stiff back and legs and painful lower back, as a result of not stretching properly after my workouts. The room and massage bed were comfortable and well lit. I received a fantastic deep tissue massage, it was painful as a result of me not stretching properly, Sagittarian gave me good advice on stretching routines to prevent getting as stiff as I had done. A couple of days after the massage I felt 'elongated' and the pain receded. Sagittarian has great technique and very strong hands. The wrists massage, stomach massage and finally Indian head and face massage were the cherry on top. Highly recommended. | |

Just enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing exchange with Sagitarrian.He was a great host,polite and considerate.
As a novice developing my technique he let me go first and was able to give me good constructive feedback at the end. As a recipient I felt in very calpable hands and had a thoroughly pleasurable and intuitive massage.I felt indulged with a well balanced mix of deep tissue,could take more pressure next time!!..and then ending with more lighter strokes. Particularly enjoyed the head and face massage. I look forward to another session in the future. |

Had a great swap with Sagittarian. His massage was possibly the deepest I've received from anyone I've swapped with on this site, which is how I like it. He really seemed to know what he was doing utilising hands and forearms to great effect. I can still feel the benefit of it a day after our swap.
Also he's a lovely easy to get on with and friendly chap. We'd been trying to find a mutually convenient time after messaging each other for years but never managing to meet up. Definitely worth the wait! |

I have exchanged massage with Sagittarian. I have to say that he is a real professional guy. He really knows what he is doing and has knowledge of bodily functions anatomy and physiology. He has got strong hands and he used different techniques during the massage.

I have exchanged with Sagittarian today. I have to say that he is a real professional. He really knows what he is doing. He has got strong hands and he used different techniques during the massage. Real pressure that sometimes it felt too much, but it was just about right to clear all those knots. I'm new to this and I haven't got experience but I think today I have learned a lot from Sagittarian. He was kind enough to explain to me certain things during the session. I was feeling a bit nervous since I was the first one to start the massage and I didn't know what I was doing was right.
On the way back home, I was so relaxed that I fell asleep on the train. Sagittarian is also very gentle and nice guy Highly recommended |

After a few months of trying, I finally managed an exchange with Sagittarian. A true professional who is both welcoming and charming, Sagittarian is indeed a 5 star masseur.
Sagittarian performed a deep tissue massage on me, something which I was looking forward to. Not for the faint hearted, I’m sure there were times I was screaming like a little girl. However, I felt the benefits of his massage almost immediately. I left tension free and relaxed, a totally different person. Sagittarian originally contacted me months back - since I've been travelling a lot with work, it's taken a while to set up an exchange but the Bank Holiday provided an ideal opportunity. He ended up hosting and has his own table and a nice chilled out space with panpipe music, helping me to relax after the journey to Southall. We went more or less straight into the swap without any discussion and I massaged him first.
From a recipient's perspective I liked Sagittarian's technique, however I did leave feeling a little short-changed. He contacted me that morning to reschedule the massage to later in the afternoon as he got a booking from a paying client, what I hadn't agreed is that we'd be cutting our time short. The massage I received was only about half an hour and this hadn't been discussed - the one I gave was more or less an hour and I do always ask if there are any areas or knots that a client wants me to go back to before I finish. Also I found it odd that he had baby oil for swaps and better quality ones for paying clients, I don't think that's in the spirit of what the swap is about, so gave him some of my own to use. I wasn't in any particular rush but I think he might have been. I guess it is always worth spending 10 or 15 minutes at the start chatting, setting your expectations and talking about the massage you want and what you can offer, I do hope we can swap again sometime though as I did like Sagittarian's technique. |

| I wish I could give Sagittarius more than 5 stars! I would add just 2 things to all the accurate reviews praising him here - particulary for deep tissue. Firstly, he is a very patient teacher. His experience is far greater than mine but he gave me some excellent advice. Secondly, he showed me new techniques (e.g. involving hand/wrist) that I have never experienced before but I'm definitely now going to try. The less-experienced should not be put off: Sagittarius is a brilliant guide - as well as leaving you in a far better state than when he started! | |

Having been hitting the gym hard recently, I was experiencing some soreness and remembered that Sagittarian was not shy when it comes to applying pressure! And he duly managed to identify the areas where I was holding the most tension - which obviously resulted in a little short-term discomfort as he sought to release it - but concluded the massage with softer strokes, bringing me to a state of total relaxation. He has been my second swap: deep and concentrated in the way he worked on my muscle tissues, washing away all that accumulated lactic acid. He said it would hurt the next day in a ‘good’ way, and indeed it did. There were times I felt the pressure may have been too much for me to withstand, but I persevered because I knew I would reap the benefits afterward. We exchanged on different levels: Swedish (and a touch of Reiki) and deep tissue, and I hope we delivered to each other a taste (or the best of) two different styles of massage. Sagittarian gives a great massage. As most of the other reviewers state, he gives a very deep sports massage and while that can cause some temporary discomfort, he certainly knows what he's doing and I would rate him higher than many professional sports massages I have paid for!
As I'm fairly new to massage, he was also very patient and encouraging with me, and a very welcoming and friendly host. Totally recommended! |

If you are looking for a DEEP work, coming to Sagittarian is the right place to come. He will sqeeze every knot until they surrender, and every muscle until they are soft as a baby. It is hard work for both the masseur and the client, and not for the faint-hearted... While I will be pressed to say I have enjoyed the process, I certainly enjoy the results. I have asked for a deep work, and that's what I've got, for sure.
I am sure that Sagittarian has a range of more relaxing and pleasant techniques, which we did not have time to explore on this occasion because my tense muscles required so much work. I am looking to repeat the unique deep treatment he offers (I have not had such a thorough work from anyone else in the UK) for a few times and then, when my knots are sorted and muscles are relaxed, try to see what other techniques I can learn from him. |

Unprepared as I was for the experience of sports deep tissue massage I was at first unsure if I could cope with deep muscle pressure, but I did and the experience was magic. I would also award Carlos the skills award for best host of the year. Once home I sleept like a baby and wake up although a little achey I felt like a million dollers. Excellent host, very professional. Warm towels and massage performed on a massage table. A sports massage was offered, this is not for the faint-hearted - I had no idea my muscles were so tense! He obviously knew what he was doing!
He also respectively offered me some tips on my massage technique which were very gratefully received. He has excellent muscle tone, and was also very good to massage aswell. Overall an excellent experience, he's about an hour away from me, but I would gladly repeat the experience. |

Review of Massage Exchange with Sagittarian, yesterday.
When Sagittarian says he LIKES to do a DEEP TISSUE massage, he means he relishes probing, pressing, squeezing and manipulating every one of your poor muscles until they scream in pain that they will release every ounce of tension. This man submitted me to the hardest deep tissue massage I have ever endured. And the only thing that keeps you going through it is watching the never fading grin of delight that spreads from his left to his right ear. Not for the faint hearted. You need a strong body and a high pain threshold. I cannot wait for the next exchange when I come back from 5 days on the bike. |

Sagittarian knew exactly how much pressure to apply but was also very sensitive and responsive and keen to ensure I had the best possible massage. | Carlos was very good! He knows exactly what he is doing, is easy to connect with, and very trustworthy. Carlos offered me a deep tissue massage - which I had never had before, and soon found out what it was (thanks!!). | We did not meet in person, something I am very much looking forward to, yet Sagittarian did the most amazing job using the IM facility on this site. I showed him exactly where my problem was and he guided me and instructed me accurately as to what to do. That was 4 days ago and I am still fine so all I can say is that the man must know what he is talking about and must be pretty good at it. To me it was remarkable that a person could manage so well without the physical presence of the other person. So I think you will be wise to grab the opportunity to exchange with Saggitarian should it arise. | |

| This is what I called a really good and professional massage. Sagittarian is highly skilled and I would daresay he is a tactile and sensitive person which knows how to respect the massage-partner's feelings. He also allows time and space for discussion, sharing hints and tips to facilitate improvement on massage practice. I did like his approach and his pace. I took on board what I have learned from his performance and hopefully I will apply those hints and tips at my next exchange. I would highly recommend Sagittarian with no hesitation. | |
