My first Mas Ex meeting and I was a little nervous but Equanimity put me at my ease very quickly. His background as a professional masseur was immediately apparent from the confidence of his touch and manipulations. It was really interesting to experience techniques of massage I've never experienced before but these introductions were nicely balanced against more familiar techniques to result in an overall package that was both stimulating and relaxing, which was exactly what I'd hoped for.

Had a session with Equanimity few days ago.
Great guy and very knowledgeable about comp. therapies.
He gave me an excellent treatment involving techniques from different discipline, all executed with scope and the right touch.

I just had a very pleasant Thai massage swap, outside in the sunshine, with Equanimity.

(I had to look up what that means: 'a state of mental or emotional stability or composure arising from a deep awareness and acceptance of the present moment [which] produces a radiance and warmth of being')

I'm happy to report that Equanimity lives up to his moniker. As well being very knowledgeable about Thai and Shiatsu massage techniques (as other have reported already) he radiates warmth and composure. He is very generous with tips and advice about how to the avoid back pain I have been getting from giving massage, which for a novice like me is very useful indeed.

I look forward to our next equanimous exchange with pleasure, and recommend others try a swap with him in the meantime.

A great and worthwhile massage exchange with Equanimity. I did appreciate his pace, touch and his efforts to make me feel comfortable at all time during the massage. I think he is very skilled and has good knowledge of massage techniques. I would highly recommend him to others.

I recently had a swop with Equanimity who is a knowledgable masseur with experience across many modalities. He used Myofascial Release on my tense muscles and also gave me a very energetic massage which I really enjoyed. I would definitely swop again. Thanks for a great massage.

I had a superb massage session with this guy. He gave me a deep tissue style of massage as my back muscles are really solid. I felt extremely good afterwards.

He clearly knows a great deal about a lot of different modalities and offered a lot of information and advice as well a great physical experience. He was also good at giving advice and instruction.

I recently exchanged with Equanimity who is a qualified and experienced bodyworker. I found his approach professional and conscientious whilst also being personal and warm. He is an easy, relaxed talker who has the ability to make you feel very comfortable. His style is assured and highly competent and he was able to locate several areas of tension which I had not been previously aware of and he addressed these. The following day I felt a million miles better.

I can highly recommend him for anyone seeking an exchange with a qualified, very skilled professional who just also happens to be a nice guy.

I recently swapped treatments with Gingerale and had a very interesting and useful session. The treatment was essentially Thai Massage and Gingerale really knows his work...making you feel comfortable, relaxed, confident and at ease. He has a huge amount of knowledge and wide experience, which he is willing to share. A very good exchange that would be well worth repeating.
