Got a wonderful swap from rowingandsportmassage yesterday. His style was a combination of proper sports massage strokes targeting the thighs, calves and traps area while applying gentler movements and pace elsewhere. I woke up feeling well to indicate that it was the proper pressure that I received during the swap. He was also considerate and took the kindest gesture picking and dropping me off at reasonably agreed places due to a travel disruption. He made me feel at ease as a host due to his affable nature. Glad to have met another massage buddy and looking forward to another swap.
rowingandsportmassage gave a long & pleasant massage with consistent firm pressure throughout. Has his own table and very safety conscious, i was able to learn some more basic do's & don'ts to add to my own repertoire of techniques. A pleasant & affable guy, definitely recommended.
I finally got the chance to swap with rowingandsportmassage after much planning & waiting. This was a great swap, and one which I truly appreciated. By allowing lots of time, the session was unhurried, and can best be described as thoroughly de-stressing & very relaxing. rowingandsportmassage has picked up a wide range of techniques, some which are aligned to deep tissue/sports massage, and it wasthose I found to be extremely de-stressing as rowingandsportmassage really worked deep into my more bulkier muscles such as my calfs (which do a lot of running). His other stretches (on my pectorals) were also equally beneficial. His other softer strokes were also good to receive.

I spend a very pleasant couple of hours with this guy this evening. He has a very firm hand and really loosened up my tight shoulders, back and legs. Just the way I like it. Was very knowledgeable and considerate. Generous with his time and a genuine, open, chatty guy.

I had a massage swap with rowingandsportmassage on Sunday and I had a mixed experience. I agreed to the swap because of his list of modalities including deep tissue massage and deep tissue integration which interested me and I would have liked to have discovered more about. However when I asked about these treatments he said he didn't have any training in them. I took my massage table to his as in his profile it said he didn't have one, however when I got there I discovered he did, so it was not needed. He is an excellant host and very welcoming. Unfortunately I had my car broken infront of his house which was offputting. His technique is firm and thorough and you know you are being treated by him. I really loved what he did with my back and shoulders, very nice focus and attention to detail. He has now changed his list of modalities, which I think is best.
