I had met Henry before, but this was my first swap with him. He is an extremely welcoming host, and even picked me up from the station. The room with the massage table was comfortable and spacious, so I felt at home and not in a sterile clinic environment. Henry is a well practiced and knowledgable masseur who is more than happy to give tips and advice if asked. I had a wonderful, long and thorough massage - it was great to feel my vertebrae popping back into alignment! - and I would thoroughly recommend Henry to any prospective swapees!
Massage swap with Henry was fantastic,indeed a learning experience for me.He knows basic anatomy and physiology of human body and know how body works and where and how to exert pressure and so on.His hand movements are magical and he is a real massage maestro.I have learnt new skills with this swap and looking forward to do swap in future to imbibe new skills and also hone learnt skills.I would highly recommend his massage and journey with him to "rejuvenate mind body and soul".I am still feeling full of energy....
This was my first exchange through this website and I feel privilleged that it was with Henry as I gained a lot. I also got more motivation for carry on exchanging. Henry gave me full body treatment which was kind of deep tissue and sport massage altogether(i let him to choose treatment and it was 100% what my body needed). Henry was extremely thorough and knoledgeable about muscle(attachement, functions...etc), he found all my troubles even little ones, and I felt at ease with him. Henry has a unique technique which is a conglomerate of deep tissue, softer strokes, and energy balancing making the whole experience very sensual and deeply relaxing. Since qualifying 10 years ago, this is the first time I learnt new techniques from Henry which I managed to put into practice the next day with a degree of success. His knowledge of anatomy/muscles etc meant that he discovered the painful zones very quickly and focused on these areas with magical results. Henry kindly left me with a present of some plastic bottles to blend my own mix of oils and also gave me an insight into essential oils. He is a highly professional therapist with whom I look forward to swapping/learning on a regular basis.
