Henry has a wealth of knowledge, techniques and experiences having had training and being qualified in the field. He was also generous in sharing these to a budding enthusiast like myself. Tactile-wise and technically, it was an excellent experience for me being in the receiving end. Overall, the swap was wonderful. His accommodating spirit, emphatic and sensing disposition registered a wonderful feeling even after the massage. Looking forward to the next swap indeed.
I exchanged with Henry last week, and must confess I was slightly concerned that my limited knowledge would be eclipsed by Henry's substantial experience and I wouldn't be able to reciprocate the kind of massage he might be expecting. This concern evaporated as soon as we started talking about the exchange: he put me completely at my ease, and we discussed various approaches and options in detail before we began.
His knowledge of physiology and the workings of the body is second to none. He has an excellent biological knowledge, and augments this with a more spiritual approach if it's appropriate. On a purely physical level his massage is deep, focused and highly efficient. We talked about climbing specific muscle strain, and he targeted in on those problems with laser beam accuracy. He also incorporates some more delicate maneuvers to bring some pleasure and balance to the experience.
All in all an exceptional exchange, and one that I'm hoping to repeat in the near future.
Words cannot thank you enough for his a magic massage that led to activate "the 7 Chakra" and distribute the energy to the whole body. He is professional masseur having a unique technique massage that will make you a positively difference.
I had a wonderful exchange massage with Henry last week. He is a great masseur with very good attitude in massage. Even I am not qualified but he made me feel so comfortable to exchange massage with him, and I leant some of his technique. He gave me a wonderful touch, slept very well on that night, strongly recommend.
Henry is an inspiring man and so generous in explaining and opening me up to some energetic massage principles I was keen to explore. They took me to a much more powerful head and body space and I left keen to recall, repeat and find out out more which I know he is available to do through his courses and workshops. The light touch, combined with deep tissue massage, given by Henry is incredible. I felt very good, not just because he really works on my body and its energies, but also because he is a warm, friendly professional who opened a safe space and allowed me to trust him on a journey. I feel extremely relaxed, and his gentle soothing voice permitted me to be in and out of consciousness while he worked expertly on my muscles. His intuition and techniques are impeccable. Henry is like a conductor of a symphony orchestra and I feel honoured to be part of that ensemble. Wow!!! Would love to swap again. Highly recommended :)
Henry is a really nice guy and was a great afternoon to have him at our home in Kingston. He travelled with his massage couch which made for a very enjoable afteroon. He has soft yet strong and firm hands and knows how to please men with his varied technques. Looking forward to seeing him again either here or will visit him in Guilford. I had a great exchange with Henry. Henry is very hospitable, friendly and created a great environment for the exchange. As other reviewers have said, Henry has a good knowledge of anatomy and uses that well to give a great massage. His firm hands certainly got to grips with the knots in my shoulders! We also had a good discussion about massage and techniques and I picked up quite a few tips and ideas along the way! Highly recommended.
Henrys massage was outstanding. one word description would be.., WOW !. I was quite excited to meet up after quite a wait ,but I felt a little intimidated by his extensive quantity of great reviews. However they all indicated he was very approachable and keen to teach. My worries of course were unfounded as he was very easy going . Henry has not only great intuition but the technical skills to back it up. He has such a range of ideas and methods that it felt like he was reading my mind as to what was best method for me.I felt like I was floating at times !. I was not sure what true 5 stars rating would be, However through Henry I now have a proper benchmark to go by, so I have no doubt about giving 5 stars, if 6 stars could be given I would say 6. Henry was polite to me by saying that I was quite good and also that I was a good massage subject but I have a lot to learn. Do try him out , you will not regret it.I hope to meet up again but this time try with 3 people so one can observerve better.
