I had the pleasure to exchange a massage with Henry, his expert skills covered a wide veriation of massage techniques. This helped me a great deal for my learning as an ITEC student. His knowledge background and skills of the anotomy was very helpful for my course.
Henry therapy skills provided a massage that gave verious levels of pressure from a light pressure to deeper pressure but always mindful by reassuring the comfort. Excellent, Thanks Henry
Henry was the first person I've swapped a massage with whom I'm happy to recommend. He has a variety of strokes, is able to move quickly around the body so the whole body gets worked on while still being able to focus and work on the problem areas. He was also excellent at "tracing" back to the source of a problem, not just working on the referenced pain area.
He has terrific knowledge of the body both on a theoretical level as well as a practical level that he uses throughout the session.
A lovely relaxed session, with good feedback on what he was finding. Great pressure when needed and never too light. Also a pleasant conversationalist.
I exchanged with Henry very recently. He is an excellent host and very willing to share his knowledge of professional massage with novices.
His home base has all the amenities giving plenty of room to work and learn.
He is patient and kind, would reccomend him for a swap.
This was my first exchange from this site and Henry did not disappoint. He is an extremely skilled masseur who used a variety of techniques and made me feel extremely relaxed and refreshed. He has a very wide knowledge and shared this freely. He was informative and encouraging when I massaged him and at no time did he make me feel overly conscious of the different level of experience and skill between us (him being a very experienced and knowledgeable professional and me being an amateur) - I learnt a great from Henry in the time we spent together. He really knows his human physiology / anatomy and combines this with brilliant technique. He used his aromatherapy knowledge / skills to good effect too - as it is the Christmas season he chose Frankincense and Myrrh - the effect was pure Gold! And apart from being a "Wise Man" he is also a really nice guy! So if you get an opportunity to exchange with Henry I would thoroughly recommend it.
This space is where profesionalism is of high standard. Henry Watson is not just a great skilled masseur, but he is also a coach/mentor who is willing to share his knowledge and simply let you take it away with you. I did enjoy the massage and what I have learned from him. Definitely I would recommend a such experience with Henry Watson.

Henry is a very warm and enthusiastic masseur who clearly loves his work. I felt completely comfortable with him which made it easy to receive his touch. After his massage I felt very relaxed and comfortable.
