I’ve been in contact with zenM for quite sometime. We initially met some months ago.
The session involved me massaging zenM. He was very supportive and offered a lot of guidance in technique and knowledge of the human body which I was very grateful for. We have since met again where this time we exchanged. The session started with zenM massaging me. From the start it was obvious that zenM has a lot of experience and his knowledge of the human body was clear. He demonstrated his skills really well and before long I found myself in the relaxation mode, the tension from muscles quickly eased and I felt incredible relaxed. Before long it was time to swap. I tried to implement the skills /guidance zenM offered and whilst I’m far from expert, it was clear to see zenM relaxing under his own guidance. I’ve had now had a couple of relaxing sessions with zenM and no doubt we will exchange again in the future. All in all, I would highly recommend zenM, not only for his knowledge and experience of massage but also due to his friendly and welcoming nature. Highly recommended |

An arrangement made at short notice resulted not just resulted a brilliant exchange but also him sharing his wide knowledge of massage, alternative therapies, dietary issues mindfulness and mood. Widely knowledgeable and generous with sharing his knowledge and time I can only hope that I’m invited back in the not to distant future!
Arriving late morning and leaving Ari’s home late evening I came away energised, upbeat and with a wealth of hints tips and pointers, to say nothing of a clutch of cd’s for mood setting. The experience was 5 star. Thanks Ari you made me eager for alternative lifestyles as opposed to holding my nose and enduring new regimes as I might an unpleasant medical prescription! |

| Met up with zenM recently at his home after being in contact for a few years for a exchange . We had a drink and a chat ,before we went to his massage room ,and I received one first . It was very relaxing and zenM answered my questions about the massage in detail ,which I found helpful . He has more experience than myself having completed several courses . I enjoyed the massage and it was worth the travelling . It is always good to exchange and experience different methods . If you get a chance to exchange go for it . | |

| This was our first meet from this site. Zen was a great host, his home is very clean and easy to find. Zen made us feel very welcome and calmed our nerves very quickly. We discussed what we had in mind and agreed that Julie would be the main focus on this visit. Zen proceeded to start the massage giving detailed instruction on what he was doing. Julie was totally relaxed throughout and throughly enjoyed it. It was now our turn to work on Zen. Although it was Julies first time she gave it her best shot and following his guidance we hope she managed to relax any tense tired muscles he had. | |

| Met zenM on Sunday at his home for a massage exchange. The room was set up with a massage table and the temperature perfect. After chatting and discussing our experiences we proceeded with the massage. As beginners zenM demonstrated the different techniques. B was first on the table and zenM started his massage verbally explaining all his moves. G joined in with a 4 handed massage. This was followed with G on the table. Finally it was our turn to massage zenM and he seemed to enjoy the moves we had learned. To summarise, zenM has a professional set up, a nice clean home and is polite,respectful and a great masseur. Would highly recommend him and we will arrange another visit sometime. | |

We were very fortunate to be able to meet with zenM today in spite of the inclement weather.
We were welcomed into his lovely, warm and clean house and offered refreshments before discussing our massage. His dedicated massage room is well equipped with table, towels, relaxing music and oils. He is vastly more experienced in all aspects of massage than ourselves but willingly shared his experience and techniques with us including a lovely “pre-massage”. Although we both have a reasonable amount of massage experience zenM was able to correct our techniques where necessary and show us new ones which J and him illustrated when massaging N. N was totally relaxed under their hands and thoroughly enjoyed their varied strokes in different places that you can only experience with a 4 handed massage. It was J`s turn next and the guys again practiced various massage techniques finding areas of tension which we both helped to relieve. She appreciated the gentle flowing sensuous strokes that we both used and was totally relaxed at the end of her session. J and N then massaged zenM paying attention to areas that he indicated both on his back and then on his front. He appreciated our 4 handed approach of gentle strokes with a mixture and a variety of techniques . He was very responsive and helped to guide us throughout his session. zenM is a clean, polite knowledgeable gentleman. We both found the massage very relaxing and extremely pleasurable and felt safe and comfortable in his company. We would look forward to sharing any further massage exchanges with him. |
