I have been a high level rugby player (internationally) for years and have been massaged by many professionals. The skills and knowledge that Paulo displayed yesterday are outstanding, dealing also with pains related to old times injuries. Highly recommended at any level specially for professionals. I exchanged with Paulo yesterday, having not exchanged a massage for a while. I was a little nervous that I would be rusty and out of touch, but Paulo put me very much at ease and as it turned out all was OK. He's a personable chap, and very easy to talk to and get along with.
Paulo is ITEC qualified, but he's also got a passion for massage and lots of experience and it shows in his firm and confident touch, his great knowledge of physiology, and his intuitive sense about what's right for that particular area.
He started with deep and intense work on areas I'd specifically mentioned as having concerns: my shoulders and neck, my lower back and then my thighs and calfs, before starting again at the top and covering my entire body in detail with a more fluid technique.
I left feeling thoroughly relaxed and with my various sporting aches and pains eliminated, as well has having had a very nice afternoon. I hope that, diaries permitting, we get to exchange again soon.
As a newbie to massage I found PauloNW6 to have masterful hands and a very professional approach. He is a real gentleman who worked on me at great length with his full and genuine interest. My body felt wonderfully relaxed by the end of the session, which ended with a rather dreamy head massage. This is one guy definitely not to miss.
