Henry is like a samurai (a friendly, passionate, humble one), truly a Master of his craft, who shows how massage can in fact be an art form. DunnyB is a complete professional who takes great pride in her massage work and high standards which she is clearly very passionate about. Communication was clear and straightforward. We exchanged at her flat which was well prepared and set out - all details were covered; table, towels, scents, candles, soft lighting, relaxing music, antiseptic wipes for feet etc. DunnyB arrived at the door wearing a massage therapist uniform, went through an initial consultation form stringently including contraindications which was all clearly recorded onto the clipboard form, set clear boundaries & expectations, all in a friendly supportive way. She'd taken note of the information in the consultation to recommend and agree on a aromatherapy combination and then blended that oil there and then. All rather impressive, as was the expert massage which smoothly combined a number of strokes, into an efficient full body massage. Care and attention was paid to areas of concern that had been highlighted in the consultation. This included a very surprising little-noticed minor arm muscle which I hadn't previously realised was contributing to pain/problems further along the movement chain. The entire routine was given in a precise, flowing and confident manner which got directly to the point, smoothly preparing an area before working on it deeply, with no touch being wasted. |

Sports Massage from kfabme on three occasions.
His entire conduct was warm, friendly, confident and professional. (Don't trouble him with non-therapeutic advances). Initially there was a consultation in which he asked about health, medical history, injuries, previous treatments, contraindications etc before performing some range-of-movement tests and checks. Then came some recommended treatment and agreement of a course of action before the treatment began. kfabme works with precision and dedication, putting in great energy and effort, targeting problem muscle areas. The sports massage, like all sports massage, did indeed hurt at the time. He encouraged me to breathe deep and made sure i was comfortable with pressure, room temperature, drinking water, choice of massage oil/lotion/gel etc. He named many more individual muscles than I knew of, and was able to work each one skilfully. Happily he was also willing to share his knowledge. The benefits have been a remarkable improvement. I slept much better. My body felt lighter and more limber; I felt more relaxed; tough muscle 'lumps' has eased, my movement was more fluid. Curiously, my walking step length seems to have lengthened. As part of the treatment plan kfabme prescribed a tailored routine of stretching and exercises to strengthen & loosen a problem area. Apart from Sports Massage, he's also qualified in other modalities too! Well recommended. Consider yourself very lucky indeed if you get the opportunity |

| I had the pleasure of treating HumbleMassage to a few sessions of sports massage, he is very well mannered, polite and arrived on time for every session, HumbleMassage never canceled or arrived late which was a blessing as I have a busy diary, he worked his scheduled around mines and travel quiet far to attend but still managed to turn up on time.
HumbleMassage was a great case study as he was able to prove that he practiced his aftercare advice and stretches, he regularly fed back of any changes that he may have experienced after the treatment, which supported my work on him, HumbleMassage was able to express changes he has experienced that allowed me to change my routine at times. During our exchange HumbleMassage demonstrated his massage skills,he has a genuine enthusiasm for massage which was great to see, his energy for massage was refreshing as he has made a routine for himself that works quiet well,he has mastered the art of a basic routine which was very effective, I feel it will be a good idea for him study massage as he already knows the names and purpose for the massage strokes, it was great teaching him some Holistal techniques he picked up posture and strokes quiet quickly. I had a great experience with Humble massage he is a therapists dream client and a students dream case study. |

Environment: Perfect. Dedicated massage room, well equipped (everything was thought of), on par, or better than, a professional establishment Qualification: Fully ITEC qualified, as the numerous framed certificates on the wall show Rob made it very easy to meet and exchange right from the initial contact. He is well qualified and takes great pride in delivering a thorough professional massage. It’s clear that he’s dedicated to the art. I was a little nervous as the standard was set very high for me to perform to. Rob put me at ease, pointed out a number of techniques, anatomy details, tips etc. Despite his professionalism, attention to detail and qualifications, he is very patient and accommodating. He pointed out areas of tension which were surprises to me (right calf tighter than left etc) and worked the knots out of my desk-posture-tightened back. Rob = diligent, precise, professional, calm, thorough, friendly. Well recommended. I hope we can exchange again and my skills improve along the way. |

Robert is in a different league
Great positive communication including reminder text on the morning of the meet Warm friendly welcome; well equipped hygienic space. Robert skilfully and confidently performed magic on my muscles. I don’t say this lightly. He worked a mixture of strokes, stretches, acupressure and Lord knows what else. He worked very deep into the muscles and made sure I breathed throughout. Offered valuable advice, guidance and support in a number of areas (massage, lifestyle, self-care, massage exchange website, contacts, etc). I felt completely different afterwards. Tight hips were now loose. My arms seemed to have vastly improved range of motion. I felt light and loose. Much more than I ever thought possible. That evening I slept better than I have done in a couple of years; I woke much earlier than usual but more refreshed than if I’d slept twice as long. I’m writing this a week later and still feeling the benefits. Robert is in a different league, far beyond any high-street massage or even better paid massages. Robert has very evidently learnt and mastered many techniques which he has molded into his own method, applied with a skill, dedication and his personal energy. This guy isn’t just a ‘professional’, as we often think of that term, but rather a master. Get him while you still can |
