The amount of pressure applied and the duration is perfect, eliminating tension within minutes. My shoulder bothered me so much that I could hardly raise my elbow above my head. After David was done, I had full motion. Although focused, he's not aloof, very personable. When he connects, you trust you're in good hands, relax and let go. Thanks David! You are the man!
