Jdeluxe and I met for a swap last week and it was a most enjoyable and therapeutic session. While Jdeluxe says he has no formal training, he shows a natural talent and empathetic manner that combine to deliver a highly proficient and competent therapy session. It also helps having large tactile hands, allowing his moves and strokes to cover larger areas of the body at any one time than is normally possible, providing a most satisfying massage experience. He may be working towards professional qualifications in another field, but will always have the massage discipline as a fall-back if he ever needs or wants it as a 'metier' as he makes for a most competent practitioner, as well as having a friendly manner making for ease of conversation. He provides a great body to work on that makes giving him a decent long massage a great opportunity for practice. I can thoroughly recommend Jdeluxe to anyone willing to offer a decent approach to massage in return.
supermodel was kind enough to host at fairly short notice last week and provided a most comfortable and welcoming setting for the session, that in the end took us well over the planned couple of hours and it is always a good sign when time stands still for the swap and you take turn about without thinking about the time, as we worked on each other for well over an hour each. supermodel is a most accomplished practitioner with an empathetic and well skilled approach to the massage bodywork. After warming up and preparing the body well, he delivered a long series of excellent routines combining firmer and lighter pressure as appropriate across the whole palette for the bodywork and it was most satisfying to be able to let him deliver such high class therapy without having to ask or direct in anyway as this man knows exactly what he is doing and performs the massage strokes extremely competently. He also presents a good firm smooth skinned body for massage and it was a pleasure to be able to work on him in return. I very much look forward to our next meet soon in the New Year and can thoroughly recommend this practitioner to anyone able to offer similar in return.
I have met a good number of excellent people on the site over the years but this man beats the lot in terms of providing what has to be the most competent and thorough massage I have ever received, including therapy from professionals in the UK and Finland. Three reasons for this are (1) he is highly trained and extremely competent therapist and puts that training to good effect in the session (2) the quality of the massage reflects more than purely technical competence, in that this man who is fit and supple from dance and other bodywork training puts these flexibilities and skills to get effect in the massage.... you just need to watch his warm up for the session to see what is meant here as that flowing yet strong and engaging style emanates from what Tai Chi and Martial Arts practitioners would understand as an energy blend of Yin and Yang, while (3) the deep tissue work for the sports style massage Akhmam performed on me was both hard working and through in its application and left the muscles in my legs and backs feeling energised as well as stretched out into better shape... a wonderful feeling to walk away from the massage table as if someone has just given you new limbs :-) I would thoroughly recommend this first class practitioner who combines his top level skill set with a modest humility that means he is always going to continue learning and seeking new skills. A top class experience.
M7GEA and I met up on Saturday 25 August for his first swap off the site and it was to be a most impressive and competent experience, in that this man has natural talent and an empathetic approach that will make him a first class therapist if he ever chooses that to be his vocation or profession. What really worked for his providing a good massage was the natural and open way in which he delivered straightforward strokes and moves with just the right amount of pressure on each area, firmer on the quads and back, lighter touch on front and arms, so that I really felt as if I was receiving professional therapy. He was also a pleasure to work on with smooth skin and toned muscles from sport that made the whole session a first class experience. I thoroughly recommend M7GEA to anyone happy to offer a decent massage in return and hope he will meet other like minded enthusiasts off the site, whether resident or visiting.
Daniel77 hosted our recent massage swap on a day I was travelling to Birmingham to work, as it had taken a while to line up the meet. He is a most welcoming host with table ready and a good warm environment for the session, starting with a check list of the areas to focus on in terms of personal preference so that we each knew in advance whether head, feet, shoulders etc would be areas to focus on or not as the case may be. He commences a session with relaxing light brushwork that settles you down for the massage proper, following this with a first class delivery where strokes and styles are mixed between lighter Swedish style and firmer sports style bodywork. The session leaves you feeling completely rejuvenated and energised in a most comfortable way and I would recommend this practitioner to anyone willing to offer a decent massage in return. A most accomplished and skilled gent who could make this a profession if he ever needed to.
I have met Inspiration333 twice now for a massage swap in Orpington where he has a pro table set up with towels & oils well laid out in advance. This young man is taking his training seriously and will make a first class therapist, as he combines thorough diligence towards this vocation with an empathetic and kindly manner that makes you feel at ease as soon as you meet him.
His approach to the massage bodywork is both competent and skilful, focusing on the routines he is learning at the Level 4 course on which he is currently enrolled. The delivery of these routines is excellent and well balanced to the needs of the recipient, highlighted by the regular checks where he asks for feedback over what he is doing and whether a lighter or firmer touch would be preferred. He is also conscientious in agreeing in advance what bodywork he is going to deliver, so that the partner is aware of what routines he is following.
Inspiration333 is a practitioner who deserves to be nurtured himself, to reflect his generous and empathetic nature and the combination of skill, competence and care that he delivers with every massage. Having the opportunity to do some massage practice in return is a benefit not just to provide him with some R&R but also for those lucky enough to swap with him as he provides valuable feedback and guidance on the moves and strokes as we go along.
Franzel is a very special person and anyone who has the good fortune to meet him will appreciate just what a kind and giving personality he has, with a mature approach both to life in general and to mixing with different people. This was a most engaging meet on a Friday afternoon where we had the time free, with the hours passing in a way that is best for these sessions, where neither of you is clock watching or checking phones. Franzel presents an excellent body to work on and in return he delivers a highly competent, empathetic and skilful massage befitting a practitioner of much greater experience and training. His bodywork strokes and moves are well developed and tailored to the area of the body being worked on in a very competent manner. Thoroughly recommended to those able to offer a quality massage in return and a pleasure to meet someone with such a practical and sensible approach. He is also interested in wine that provides a good topic of conversation as well as providing the opportunity to select a suitable tipple for him to try at our next meet (wine pairing with massage could open up a whole new avenue of exploration) :-)
SheffLondon provided a most accomplished and beneficial massage when we met last week and puts his strong hands to good effect, in that the pressure is never overdone while varying the strokes and long flowing moves to suit the area of the body being worked on. He has a positive and engaging approach to the massage that befits someone who is both empathetic and kind. He makes interesting conversation as well as having a good sense of humour. This man makes an excellent massage partner for those able to offer the same in return and comes throughly recommended. I look forward to our next session soon.
