afg is a very kind and knowledgeable therapist. He came to my hotel with the all the necessary equipment with a massage table, linens, towels, and oils. He gave me a thoroughly un rushed session. His technique use a different approach that works on muscle release which felt as heat. He showed me a few stretches as well. He is very happy to share his knowledge. On a previous trip to London we were not able to meet for an exchange. Muskesh kept in touch a couple of times thru the year to inquire about any of my future trips back to the London area. It was almost a year later that we finally were able to meet and exchange. He was puntual and brought a selection of oil's, lotions and creams to choose from. One particular oil filled the room with aromatherapy that transformed into a spa. His massage was unhurried and he took his time to work each area througly. He incorporated a variety of strokes, including coping and effleurage. He did an awesome job on my feet doing some reflexology work. I believe we lost track of time. In a word...Awesome. His work itself is very skillful, nice stretches and breathing techniques. The massage lasted about 90 minutes. I wished it lasted longer. He mentioned that to do all the different stretches it could take up to 4 hours. It was a great introduction to Thai Massage, now I'm going to sign up for a course. He is very calm and with a reassuring disposition. Professional bringing a mat since is done in the floor. I was left very relaxed and felt very good.
