I have been getting therapeutic massages just about every week for the last 15 years! So when it comes to massage I do have high expectations. I like a lot of pressure on certain parts but I also want to feel relaxed and rejuvenated when it’s done!
So when I could not see my regular LMT, I decided to give Body & Mind a chance because after all I had to get a massage! Before the appointment, we did speak about my expectations of the massage. I explained what I was looking for and he described his style of massage. He was very reassuring and listened to all of my requests and I could tell he was paying attention. When I met him, I was impressed. He was prompt, professional and even wore his scrubs, which I thought was very cool! We went into my massage room and his technique was awesome. He had great pressure, rubbed all the parts that we had talked about and even then he still checked in with me about massaging parts like the chest and glutes. Body & Mind was attentive, very nice and had an easy going personality. I was very glad that I gave Body & Mind a chance specially since I recently had knee surgery. His style was slow and sensual but firm enough in my tight areas which left me so relaxed I felt like strawberry jello! So ladies, if you need a good and sensual massage, go see this guy! Men, if you need a great therapeutic massage go see him! I promise you. Your body will be very happy and your mind will be asking for more! | This was the best massage trade I have ever experienced on this site. bodyandmind has incredible hands and an awesome personality to make you feel comfortable. I plan on driving the 2 hours to his studio every week. I would have paid good money for his services. If given the opportunity to trade with him...do it!! | |

| bodyandmind is Absolutely Amazing!! We have actually met a couple different times and each time I've had a mind blowing experience. He immediately made me feel so comfortable and safe. His personality is welcoming plus he's very attractive as well. He helped relieved all the tension within my body as well as my mind. I love the way he takes his time and attends to every inch of your body. The sensual massage are intense and will make you explode with excitement. You actually receive a professional massage plus the healing touch massage. His hands are strong and magical. He always knows exactly where to touch me. The connection you will experience with him is Amazing!! The studio at his home is very clean and relaxing which includes a comfortable massage table with fitted sheets, relaxing music, a hot streamy shower with luxury style rainfall shower heads and warm fluffy towels. He even offered me his assistance in the shower which is wonderful! The beautiful natural stone walk in shower gives you a spalike feel. I actually live almost 2 hours away from him because I live in a different state but it's worth the gas money and the hours spent on the road.
