During the recent snow storm I was fortunate to have Alan agree to do an exchange with someone less experienced (myself). He was a very patient teacher and generous with his demonstrations and suggestions of massage techniques. Since I generally carry stress in my shoulders and lower back, Alan focused on these areas. He makes the massage flow; his transitions from one part of the body to the next were seamless. I was very relaxed. I highly recommend him and would trade with him again.

This was one of the best sessions I have had to date. Alan is extremely knowledgeable, talented, friendly, enthusiastic, and a joy to spend time with. I am new to massage and he took the time to provide personalize training before we started which made the experience even better for both of us. He is truly gifted with remarkable hands and a skill that melted away the tension and stress I was under from a hectic week at work and with fitness. Terrific, first class and fun. Alan and I managed to pull together a last minute massage as he was in the area. Boy was I a lucky man! Showed up on time with a great table I supplied the sheets...least I could do. Luckily I gave first because when he was done with me I was putty. Just the right amount of pressure everywhere and more when I asked for it. Great at stretching my back, arms and legs. Also just the right amount of chatter so as to get to know him so as to feel comfortable enough to want to invite him back and maybe "hang" sometime. If he can fit you in GRAB HIM!!
