Excellent massage! Much better than massages I've paid for. Mark was a great host. He took his time and worked on all my sore spots...deeply when needed. If you get the chance to exchange with Mark, do it!
I had a great massage from Mark. He has a wonderful intuitive touch that relaxed and rejuvinated me at the same time! He is a wonderful host, has a table and a space for massage, and did not mind spending time with me to ensure a good massage. I hope he benefited from me as much as I did from him!
I have had a lot over massages in my adult life and I have to say Mark's massage was probably the BEST ever. It amazes me that he has no formal training. His touch is perfect, he is gentle, he is intuitive and he is thorough. His long strokes with his fleshy hands wrap around the muscles of the arms and legs so that every ounce of tension simply disappears. I was having trouble with my neck from stress and had a "crick" in my neck for the past three weeks. Totally gone the next morning.
I can't recommend him enough to anyone who wants a wonderful relaxing massage. You will be better for it.
Mark does great work and is a super host. You would think/know for sure that he was a professional. Nice table, lotions, and set up. Great pressure, technique, and communication. Highly recommend his work. Hope to trade again, soon!
What a great guy! Mark is a great host and I found it quite easy to be relaxed as he worked out all the tension and knots. Mark gave me the massage first and he took his time and I never felt like he was rushing to have his turn. I can't wait to trade again.
I'm so happy to have had the chance to trade massages with Mark. He is a gracious host, lives in a lovely home, and provides a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. His massage was very intuitive, and he didn't miss a thing. I had to keep reminding myself he was an amateur, just like me. I felt quite relaxed at the end... It was like going to a day spa. His dog is cute, too!
