Today, the 13 of August I met with Rosemary here at my home. She graciously drove down from Santa Cruz, an hour away, to do the trade with me, and I am grateful...not only were her hands good healing hands, but her intentions were
high. I worked on her first for 90 min. to relax her from her drive here, and then she gave me a relaxing 90 min. We were both happy. She also listened to my feedback and requests for lighter work...some of her clients like very deep work and I am a whimp and just want to be pampered, so sometimes her work was a little too deep but she adjusted it as soon I told her to. I am pleased with this exchange. Rosemary used Polarity, Cranial Sacral Holds and Soft Tissue releases in a Swedish based massage....I learned some moves for shoulder releases and felt better the rest of the day!
