This guy is awesome.
First things first, logistics: Man, I know I have a tough schedule, and ExploringPlaces was able to accommodate my terrible schedule and come over on short notice. 5/5 for flexibility. ExploringPlaces has big strong hands and can cover a lot of space and pressure. He has powerful gliding strokes that started releasing muscle tension instantly. He opted to give a massage first, and I was pretty nervous because I knew this guy knows what he's doing and I wanted to make sure I could give something suitable in return. He took his time, did not ignore any spot he felt tension in. He was methodical, thoughtful, and you can tell he really wants to make you feel good. He is incredibly respectful of boundaries. I cant say enough good, this guy is someone you could easily be friends with. 5/5 As a receiver, he gives excellent feedback, he offers suggestions that work for him and is open to just letting you do your thing. He has a great body type to work on too. 5/5 Thanks for a great one buddy |

ExploringPlaces was kind to host the massage exchange at his beautiful home. After greeting one another at his door, I was immediately led to the most relaxing chair massage ever, I was very impressed with that alone, but wait there is more! After the chair massage, I was then led upstairs to his private massage room having a spa-like atmosphere, at this point, I said to myself, so far so Gooood! I was first to receive the massage and the massage was awesome! ExploringPlaces focused on the areas that I needed work on and that was my right shoulder and left side sciatic area, and of course along with a full body therapeutic massage. My shoulder and Sciatic area have never felt better! About 5 minutes before the massage ended I was then treated to a hot towel rub down, PRICELESS!!! I must say that ExploringPlaces is indeed the Burke Williams of M.E.
If you want to be treated like a king or queen for a day then ExploringPlaces is your man for a great/awesome 5-star therapeutic massage. ExploringPlaces, thank you! Looking forward to another massage exchange, just say when! |

| I did an exchange with ExploringPlaces today. He arrived on time and was very personable. We spent over 2 hours exchanging massages. His pressure was perfect. I love how he incorporated stretches into the massage and how he offered pointers to me during my massage than I could practice on him. He offered one of the best massages I’ve ever had and I felt so good after. I highly recommend him and hope we can do these exchanges on a regular basis. | |

Even though I've done my share of massage trades over the years, I'm fairly new to this site and hadn't been able to successfully schedule a trade with anyone yet -- until yesterday. 'ExploringPlaces' contacted me in the early afternoon, and within 15 minutes we had our exchange scheduled and he was out the door and on his way to meet me (and he had quite a distance to travel, too). Impressive.
In a nutshell, I consider 'ExploringPlaces' to be the massage exchange JACKPOT. You couldn't ask for a better partner. He has a disarming, friendly energy and made me feel comfortable right from the first second that his tall, handsome frame walked up to my front door, almost like we were already old friends. And his estimable massage skills are deep, thoughtful, connected and highly intuitive. He even throws in a few guided stretches that feel amazing. Our mutual session lasted well over 2 hours, and it was the perfect ending to a lazy Sunday afternoon. I'd give 'ExploringPlaces' 10 stars, but this site only allows 5, so 5 will have to do. I hope I'm lucky enough for a second trade sometime with this very special guy. |

| ExploringPlaces was nice enough to jump on his motorcycle and make his way up to my place in Glendale from South Orange County for our exchange. He gives a strong, deep and relaxing massage, full body but putting particular focus on major muscles and areas which commonly carry the most tension, which was greatly appreciated by my lower back and thighs. He took his time, I never once felt like he was rushing and he easily spent an hour working on me if not a bit more. I very much look forward to trading with him in the future. | |

| ExploringPlaces & I did a massage exchange 2 days ago. He was nice enough to travel to my location in W Covina, while I was on business. He has had no formal training, however, he has obviously learned a lot as he did an amazing job on my body. He got out some knots in my back & I enjoyed the stretching he performed. I do not normally sleep well in hotels, however, I slept like a baby after his massage. He brought oil, music, and a smile. We talked a little afterwards & he is a really great guy & gives a great massage. I recommend getting in touch with him, as I will the next time I am in the area. | |

| I've had pro massages that weren't half as good as the one I received from Exploring Places. His touch was intuitive, purposeful, and relaxing. He seemed to know exactly where my trouble spots were and how to address them. I was whisked away into a soothing and pampering moment of bliss. He went as far as driving to LA for our exchange while I was there on business. It was obvious he knew how to provide an outstanding massage. I met with ExploringPlaces about a week ago (yeah! I know... I am running late on my reviews!)
The fact is that I had a great time with this "not-so-dark," tall and handsome man! First off, he is totally no-nonsense: wide smile, great attitude, and a even harder to find good ole sense of humor. His laughter is truly contagious. We traded very relaxing massages for almost an hour each. It was a great meeting. I just wish we were closer distance-wise, so we could meet more often. Then again, he took the trouble of driving all the way up here! Thank you for that! And thank you for a reaching out and trading with me. I really enjoyed it. I am currently basking on my couch after a trade. He showed up on time and was pleasant to speak with. I massaged him first and found him responsive and fun to work with. When he massaged me, he started first with stretching and then proceeded to remind me that professional training is not a requirement for an excellent massage. Will definitely exchange again. |

His technique was fluid, deep enough to be therapeutic, and on par with some trained professionals. He communicated well and always made me feel at ease.
