| I had the great pleasure of exchanging with Georgepdx01 yesterday. While he touts himself a novice, I found his technique very intuitive, his upper body strength remarkable and his focus very intentional & effective. He had my sore shoulders, and lower back feeling wonderful in short order. Georgepdx01 is quite amiable... a genuinely sweet person.
