I met with SkiermanUT this afternoon for a massage exchange and it was top notch. He knows the anatomy and was very confident and effective in
performing the particular stretches I needed to improve the mobility, concentrating on my hip joints and piriformis muscles located underneath the glutes with just the right amount of pressure. This was one of the best, if not the best executed massage I have experienced. It was truly amazing. As I left the session, I felt much less tension than I came in with, and increased energy. I highly recommend SkiermanUT and look forward to future exchanges with him. |
