| There is usually something we can learn from any trade, even the ones we do not like. Then there are those rare trades that are so good that you learn AND feel inspired. Yup, that is Gidget. He's got it all, a great personality integrity to his work, thorough training and seasoned in his touch and know how to apply his knowledge. trickyfingers... His fingers are not tricky, neither is he. He has got a very humorous and intelligent wit, with fingers that know many tricks to make you relax, thoroughly. His humor actually became part of the healing for me, making it the first massage ever in over 30 years that stayed with me for many days afterwards. It was also the most generous massage I have received, in thoroughness, time and human kindness & generosity.
He was very clear on that the massages that we exchange has to be freely given, not because we feel obliged to, but do what we are good at and love doing. I cannot agree more, and add 'or because we are desperate to receive one as we are burnt out professionals', which I have come across too often. He was severely jet lagged when he came over to my place, but stayed focused for hours because he thought that's what I needed. What a man! If you love to give a thorough deep tissue massage, you will not be disappointed in a trade with him. Just make sure to encourage him for regular trips to NYC. (Join him and we'll have four handed massages, lol) Seriously, a great person, straight forward and "real", who is knowledgable in many fields! Very happy I got to meet him, and looking forward to more. |

| Hands down the best trade I have had through this site. I am bummed that he lives all the way down in Australia and just came through town on vacation. There were so many times his strokes felt just the way I hope others feel under my hands. His touch is great, and apparently his understanding and knowledge of the body is more than you can ask of, plus he is a nice guy, and fit. Give him the best you have and it will be returned to you!! | |
