| twn330's studio is very clean, he is very professional, and his massage routine is excellent. I would say that he incorporates more passive stretching than I am used to (from most to least, as I remember it, passive stretching, rocking/cross friction (tie), compression, petrissage, and effleurage), but it is so cleanly integrated into his routine, that I am really tempted to add it into mine. | |
