I just received a great massage from Jonte.
I told him about a niggling injury and we talked through what he was going to do for it as well as great suggestions around stretching. His massaging was firm and really got into my troublesome areas (I'm not a little person and I thought this would be quite hard) while explaining using both technical terms and great analogies to assist with understanding. Highly recommended due to knowledge, experience, strength and conversation. |
