| The ordinarydude positions himself as he is not professional massage therapist, but honestly I think he is because his massage was so awesome. He was dedicated to make every stroke, to apply every technique. A few days before the massage exchange, I shared with him which of my body areas hurts which therapeutic goals I have etc. So, he customized massage session for me, spending time to prepare himself to provide exactly what I need the most. His massage strokes were so soft. On the same time, he adjusted the pressure how deep to massage listening me. His massage strokes along tendons of biceps were heavenly pleasant because nodes were melting even before he pushed on them. I always wondered how he can do strokes so smooth with almost equal pressure even without any pain. I was touching the areas where nodes were before wondering, "Where are the nodes now?" Also, before his massage, I had problem with the heel of my right foot, the calcaneus lost its flexibility and hurts. The ordinarydude increased flexibility between calcaneus and talus and soften flexors of every toe. Now, I walk normally again and nothing hurts. The ordinarydude is highly recommended to exchange massage with. | |

| I had the privilege of exchanging massage with artcarguy. He is a nice gentleman who involved his entire living essence into every massage stroke. His gentle touch is very pleasant. So I enjoyed his massage a lot. I was amazed that telling he was a novice, artcarguy performed pretty complicated stretching technique for both of my arms. Not every experienced practitioner can perform this technique properly. artcarguy hold my hand, trying to feel the entire way from my hand to the shoulder where the head of the humerus bone is. Then, he was shaking my arm gently to stretch it with respect of natural mechanics of my arm. So my arm was a little bend at the elbow, but I was feeling how it became a little longer. Then, when artcarguy stopped stretching my arm, I was feeling how every bone returned back into relevant socket to the exactly right position. It's awesome technique! Living many years of life, usually each of us experienced at least minor deviations of our bones from the right positions, for example, the position of a finger or the composition of the wrist might feel kind of awkward. As a result of the described stretching, every finger, every small carpal bone return back into the exactly right position. Not everyone can perform this technique safe because the healer should feel composition and movements inside of every joint to do the stretching safe. artcarguy is a hidden gem who has a great chance to transform into the brilliant healer. | |

| loveswomenspruce's massage was really good. He used the variety of strokes, the pressure was exactly right. He massaged with confidence based on many years of experience. I was enjoying to feel every stroke, every technique, and even every touch. Working with my legs and feet, he made them hot very fast. Marinho91 is a talented and skillful massage practitioner who cares about customization of his performance to satisfy client's therapeutic needs. He asked me what happened with my shoulder that it hurts. That made me to remember that my mind continually contracts the muscles of rotator cuff to shape the shield of protection there. Physically, this shield was the reason of soreness and pain of my shoulder. As much I forget about this shield, as better my shoulder feels.
I was surprised realizing that Marinho91 had learned special techniques for shoulder healing in advance, preparing to our massage exchange. Marinho91 warmed my body tissue by applying smooth long effleurage strokes. Mostly, he used the main massage strokes as effleurage, petrisage, friction, tapotement, ad vibration. Then, Marinho91 used the routine with a few special massage techniques to heal my shoulder and rotator cuff muscles. So after 15-20 minutes of massage, my shoulder was feeling very well and healthy. Marinho91 is very talented and experienced practitioner with great desire to improve his massage therapy skills and overall performance, so he is highly recommended to exchange massage with. A+++++ |

It was a pleasure to exchange massage with ThisIsIt1963. From the first moment of showing up, he shares his warm bright vibes descending the heavens to the earth, blessing the massage place.
When came to massage, he used a variety of techniques for relaxation, for softening my sore and strained muscles, to improve flexibility of joints and increasing their range of motion, and overall healing and rejuvenating. I was enjoying the long continuous strokes of the Esalen's style he used. Being intelligent and creative, ThisIsIt1963 offered me to lay down on the bolster along of my spine to have enough space to work with my rotator cuff to increase the range of motion of my shoulders. Keith is a professional massage therapist, very knowledgeable with 12+ years of experience! His massage skills are top notch, one of the best massages I ever had.
Since the first moment Keith started his massage, I was enjoying the ART of his performance. His focus always directed his deep, slow massage strokes maintaining the right pressure all the way. His performance of every stroke was the piece of ART. I didn't tell Keith about the rest of a small cyst behind my clavicle, but massaging that clavicle, he has discovered it. I didn't expect he can melt it because it's the task for Reiki, Taiji or Qigong practitioners. However, Keith has melted about 90% of the cyst making it almost unnoticeable that is great! He has completely healed my left rotator cuff improving its range of motion. I hasn't had any pain for the second day already that gives me the hope to maintain my shoulder healthy longer. Keith also massages my fibers along TFL, Gluteus minimus, ITB and lateral side of the legs. Now, I feel my entire body refreshed, rejuvenated, completely free from any pain and excellent overall. Keith is a decent, humble, hidden gem. I have no doubts that his preventive massage can save many people from many kinds of surgeries, e.g. frozen areas, joint replacement. His hot soft hands can melt and recharge everything. I don't wonder if Keith can fulfill even a cold dry skinny skeleton with the life-energy to make him alive again. | We have exchanged massages today. My left arm was killing me for a while, especially its medial aspect. I like how efficiently Alexes7 healed this problem by his fingers, knuckles, and then by elbow that was deep and the most effective. He has also rid 4 trigger points in the area of my neck and shoulders. What was really very special and challenging is how he used his elbow tracking the exactly right fibers of my arms. | Kneadie is a very friendly and shiny person full of happiness that he is ready to share. He cares about the client on the massage table. Getting the massage, his focus was on the areas he was massaging to soften every node. He is really mastered to do kneading techniques to soften, stretching and elongating muscle fibers, removing adhesion and increasing muscle flexibility. Getting the massage, I was feeling increasing temperature and blood circulation of my body fibers. Kneadie cares to customize his massage to reach therapeutic goals. When I noticed, he is doing the lymphatic drainage for my legs, I realized he was doing it even more rational than I was taught to do it. He just hold his palms over the skin to melt the snow to transform it into the liquid, and then he moved the lymph flow from my Achilles tendon upward to the center of my body. The massage was awesome! I really respect the expertise of mrtraction based on 30 years of his massage therapy experience. Now, my left shoulder and arm feel relaxed, free from pain. I've even started its rotation to return the range of motions. The fiber of my left posterior scalene muscle was like a rope before, but now it is very soft and free from tension. mrtraction has improved the mobility of my neck also that bothered me. Now, I can even sleep on my left side again.
After getting your massage, I have been maintaining the same miraculous state of mind, soul and body continually feeling your care, positive vibes, inner smiling and wishing me the best in health. Thanks a lot! Your massage was the best. |
