Gent by name and Gent in reality. We have a great swap. Gent came to mine, had a shower, we discussed areas of concern/issues/no-go zones for him and me. I showed him some strokes I wanted him to do on me, particularly for a troublesome lower back. He picked the strokes and application of them up quickly. Not only does he deliver and excellent massage but he is a really nice guy. We laughed and joked discussing various topics and 2hrs disappeared. Next time I hope he can spare 3hrs. I could have easily spent another 45 mins massaging him. One of those recipients that receives well, responds and provides good feedback. He also has a nice body to work on. Thanks UKMassageGent, I really hope we can do this again.

Had a great swap with Lenfos recently. We spent sometime chatting then he took a shower as he had come straight from work. We took sometime to discuss stokes and I demonstrated them for him he then repeated the strokes on my leg. I gave my customary firm pressure massage on his back and received feedback as to the pressure. We swapped and he worked my back and legs. 2.5hrs later we finished happily. I look forward to our next session.

Recently had a great swap with Pedalpusher. He delivered a very physical massage. Deep and strong with lots of stretching involved. He worked my lower back brilliantly. He checked in with me before he started as to any painful areas which was good and he dutifully was careful when working that area. Overall a great swap and I hope we will be able to meet up again.

Had a great swap with Dorisute01 the other day. We had a drink and a chate before we started to break the ice. He is very easy to get on with. He is a master of sensual massage and 3hrs went by very quickly. Lovely long flowing stokes coupled with cradling and lots of body to body contract left my breathless at times. Unfortunately for him I always end up more therapeutic focused as I find areas of stiffness and knotted muscles. So he received a very different massage to what he gave me. He was receptive and provided feedback during the session. i.e. asked me to work lighter as I was working into the dep tissue. Appreciate the guidance as everyone is different. Worth taking the time to meet up and hope to do so again the next time he is over.

Had an outstanding swap with this gifted man. He travelled to me and we spent the best part of 5hrs talking and trading massage. Every review of him is accurate. He is respectful, genuine, warm hearted individual with a style of massage that left me floating and feeling completely relaxed and amazing. 5 stars is not enough for this guy. Charlie is a great host, an outstanding masseur and a lovely engaging guy as well. The session began with me massaging Charlie. He is very easy to massage and the time flew away on us. After I gave him a full body massage we swapped and he worked on me. He started with some cranial sacral work before beginning the more traditional massage. A great variety of strokes and knowledge of the body meant I was blissed out within minutes and stayed that way for the rest of the 90 minute massage. Pressure, strokes, stretching all delivered with care, attention and consideration. Thanks for a wonderful 4hrs. I really hope we can do it again sometime.

An easy to engage with man who delivers a first rate massage. 3hrs disappeared on us. He is 6’2" and solidly built and uses his body to deliver a great, smooth steady pressure throughout the massage. Had a great swap with Tidus the other week. He opted to give me a massage first. He said there would be a sensual element and that was okay. We met at his flat and he was a good host. I had a shower before we began which is always appreciated after a day travelling in London. He used his whole body to massage me at one point. Using his chest to slide up my whole back, slow, steady, controlled till he lay full length on top of me. It felt fantastic. I usually prefer a deeper massage but Tidus relaxed me his way and it was blissful. He is also great to work on. Receptive and accepting and responsive to the strokes. An all round lovely swap.

I had a swap with Skyney the other week. He was nervous and said he didn't have much experience giving but had had many professional massages. He needn't have worried. While his massage was lighter than I usually prefer it was incredibly relaxing and at one point i drifted off to sleep! Doesn't happen often. Nice long flowing strokes. He took his time working on me, it was unhurried and thoughtful. Checking in as to pressure and general feedback. He took some direction to work on a problem spot and was able to feel the knot and slowly worked it out. I think with more practice and some training he will be develop into a very good swap partner. He is a lovely guy as well. Easy conversation and a great recipient. He is one of those guys that I could massage for hours and in fact that is what I did! Really looking forward to another swap.

I met NorthernTouch today. He is a lovely gentleman with a style of massage that is better than some professional massages I’ve paid for. He has a great range of pressure and has a considered, attentive approach to his massage. What he needs to be a great massage therapist is a knowledge of anatomy and a knowledge of different strokes to address different issues in the body. Study and practice will help tremendously. I look forward to further sessions and have no issue giving him a highly recommended rating.

A very quick arrangement for a swap that proved to be very good. jaybracknell says he is an enthusiast and that he is. More experience is needed. So saying, 3hrs disappeared on us last night in a very enjoyable exchange. He arrived promptly on time and we had a cup of tea and a chat about the session before beginning and to understand where each other is coming from for the swap. It became clear very quickly the jaybracknell is a thoroughly pleasant gentleman. We then started the massage. I took him through some of the key muscles and strokes to use on them and how to work from light to a medium pressure. Hey then applied his own approach but used the new strokes and knowledge to leave me feeling very relaxed. Thanks for a lovely session jaybracknell.

Very short notice swap but one that proved to be really good! AntsNZ is lovely, patient, welcoming and made me feel at ease very quickly. Lovely cup of tea too! I learnt a great deal as well as being on the receiving end of a lovely massage; thorough and firm but soothing and relaxing in a calm and warm atmosphere. We had a lovely evening chatting and massaging. A thoroughly super time that flew by all too soon! Thanks again AntsNZ!

I meet Stephen at for an unhurried swap Sunday 15th April. He had the room ready and warm with an open fire going. Very nice on a cold rainy day. We discussed the approach to the session and then took 20mins for me to show Stephen a a number of strokes and an approach to massaging the back for a medium depth therapeutic massage. Stephen is a quick learner and proceeded with some direction to give me a very nice back & buttocks massage. We then swapped and I massaged Stephen's, back, buttock and legs. He then massaged my legs to end the session. With practice he will be able to deliver a good therapeutic massage. I'd be happy to swap again.

dolphindave met me at my hotel for a swap. It had take a couple of months to organise but was worth it. We decided that I would receive first and then we would swap after my back was done so I could then massage Dave's back. Then swap again for the front. It worked well for us. He has a slow steady approach with great pressure. At no time did I feel he was rushing the massage. He asked for and responded to feedback. And then took some direction on how to work a particular problem spot. Given we were using the bed for the swap I was really impressed with the pressure and his ability to keep in contact while moving. We had close to 4hrs of massage and the time disappeared. Always a sign of a great swap i feel. I would heartily recommend dolphindave and hope that we can swap again.

Had an outstanding massage swap with arthur2012 for the 2nd time. He is a lovely man to chat with and to massage. He is receptive to different strokes and styles and will incorporate select strokes into his repertoire. His style is firm, with differing application of strokes to work a problem area. He takes direction to increase or lighten pressure and responds immediately. 3hrs disappeared on us and I'm sure we could easily have continued for longer. First let me say what a lovely gentleman this man is. Engaging, intelligent great use of language. Forget the massage, I could have sat for hours with a glass of wine talking! DeepRelax describes his massage as intuitive and has had some basic introduction to massage. Don't let this put you off. The pressure he used was perfect. Nice and firm and at the right speed. Good use of forearms for added contact and pressure. I would describe his style as a firm considered rubdown that slowly morphs into a body to body / body electric style massage that left me completely blissed out for hours. Really hope to swap again the next time he is in London.

In a word... Awesome. Deep tissue work like I've not had previously in the UK. Attention to the detail of the muscle that is being worked on. Fantastic pressure applied with just the right amount of consideration. i.e. sometimes, you have to continue working evening of it hurts. There is a good and bad hurt and Greencamberwell eased off then put the pressure back on based on the feedback provided. There were a number of strokes that I'd not encountered previously that I hope to get an overview of the next time we meet. the crossed forearm stroke on the quads one in particular that was fantastic. A fantastic exchange which I will repeat again. Many thanks.

trowbridge arrived exactly when he said he would, which is a plus to begin with for me. He is a very easy going guy, relaxed and confident. We agreed that he would give me the first massage, and 90 minutes later I was floating on a cloud of bliss. He used a mix of strokes, light, fast, slow, hands, forearms and fingers all used. He uses his height to the max and was able to give long strokes from my shoulders to mid-thigh. It felt great. Each stroke was thoughtful and it was this thoughtfulness that made the massage such a fantastic experience. Highly recommend a swap with him and I look forward to our next swap. A

I had a swap with ndn and can truly say he is one of 4 members I have swapped with who are outstanding. The style of massage was very different to what I am used to but the excellent use of pressure, forearm and elbow used for deep work, the flowing strokes that started at my heel and moved up one side of my body and down the arm were lovely to be on the receiving end of. The style of massage also focuses on the belly of the muscles rather than starting at the origin/insertion and working along the muscle but I'm feeling good today so it did the job. He was also a pleasure to work on. Accepted the strokes and relaxed into the massage completely. If we weren't pushed for time I could have easily extended giving him a massage by another 60mins. It would be very easy for me to loose track of time when giving this guy a massage. Looking forward to another exchange hopefully in the New Year. Adam

Lovely massage. Really, what more needs to be said? Nono is a great host, has a lovely touch, a good repertoire of strokes and pressure that he combines into a truly lovely session. The room was warm, there was a choice of Futon or massage table, nice background music, he checked in regularly regarding the pressure and there was the option of a shower afterwards. He is also an individual that is a pleasure to massage. Accepting of the strokes and energy work. Time can pass very quickly when massaging someone like him which I hope we can do again. Adam

Hansel2 gives an enthusiastic massage. He is just getting back into massage hence the flow of the massage isn't always smooth. I had the pleasure of swapping a massage with Dan and found it a worthwhile experience. He greeted me warmly and the room was ready to go. He has a limited number of strokes and no massage table which are the only real faults I felt. The pressure he used was fantastic for me, good firm, controlled pressure. He took his time and showed great consideration for every part of my body that he worked on. I hope he learns some more strokes as I he would make a great masseur. The extra treat for me was when I got to massage him. He was a pleasure to massage, receptive to the work and open to energy work as well. I could easily have spent 2hrs massaging him and hope that we will be able to swap again.

Henry was the first person I've swapped a massage with whom I'm happy to recommend. He has a variety of strokes, is able to move quickly around the body so the whole body gets worked on while still being able to focus and work on the problem areas. He was also excellent at "tracing" back to the source of a problem, not just working on the referenced pain area. He has terrific knowledge of the body both on a theoretical level as well as a practical level that he uses throughout the session. A lovely relaxed session, with good feedback on what he was finding. Great pressure when needed and never too light. Also a pleasant conversationalist. I hope to be able to swap with him again.
