I had the pleasure of swapping with KHA last week. The ultimate massage exchange for me blending East and Western sensibilities that left me feeling invigorated, calm and centred.
We got to talk about, experiment and share various techniques in a respectful and organic way , creating a mutually meaningful exchange. The ambience and energy of KHA’s studio was relaxing and inspiring … a shared passion for the therapeutic value of music adding to this dynamic My first experience of lomilomi massage was amazing . The flowing and dynamic qualities of KHA’s bodywork was intuitive, responsive and liberating in intent and the use of breathwork was brilliant Highly recommend KHA to anyone who appreciates a holistic exchange that honours ‘the energetic body’ So look forward to future exchanges |
