I met with ConciousHands yesterday afternoon for a massage exchange. He is a quick learner and his techniques were spot on helping me immensely in my half marathon training. I really felt the quality bodywork he performed on my feet, calves, hamstrings, quads and shoulders during my easy 8:18/mile 5.5 mile run as I didn’t come across any issues with pain or stiffness in areas mentioned and felt much lighter and fresher than usual out on my runs as I have done. As ConciousHands has recently started up running, I was glad to help provide him with issues related to this sport for newer runners such as shoulders, lower legs/feet, lower back and hips. Did an exchange with Goodguy3 this weekend - first one I've done in some time. It was a good session. Goodguy3 is good with his hands and did a little stretching as well. I went to his lovely house and was warmly welcomed by this friendly chap.
He had a very comfortable massage table all set up and lovely warm coconut oil ready to be used.
This guy is great with his hands with excellent pressure and pace.
I found his treatment very relaxing yet also knowing areas to target.
I would happily recommend him for swaps and would be very happy to swap with him again.
thepilatestenor has a great body to massage and is easy to get along with.
Worth getting in touch with him to try to arrange a massage exchange.

Just over a week ago I had the pleasure of giving tuscany37 a massage, which was a combination of therapeutic and sensual bodywork. I appreciated the great communication we were able to establish prior to the day of the massage. tuscany37 is a lovely lady who's very friendly and easy to get along with. She made we feel right at home from the moment I arrived. She happily allowed me to have a shower so I could be as clean and refreshed for the massage as she was.

The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. I found us to have real synergy as I was able to hear her verbal cues and feel and respond to her non-verbal cues accordingly. I have found, as was the case during this experience that because a good massage requires both the giver and receiver to be completely relaxed and in tune with all our senses, conversation or chat during the actual massage isn't necessary except for tuscany37 asking me to reduce the pressure where she previously has had an injury.

Prior advice by tuscany37 allowed me to work within the allocated time available as we were not rushed and she was able to then get to another appointment without delay. She was extremely appreciative for her massage as much as I was for the privilege of providing this wonderful personal and caring therapy. I would not hesitate in working with tuscany37 again. It was an absolute delight. Thank you.
