Exchanged with rex007 this morning, and it's taken me all afternoon to come floating down from the cloud of relaxed happiness he put me in to be able to write this.
He's a very accomplished masseur, and has a fantastic way of integrating Ayurvedic principles into a comprehensive full body massage, combining detailed point focus with long sweeping strokes that connect large muscle groups together. If he offers you a head massage, absolutely accept - it's one of the most de-stressing experiences I've ever had, and very different to an Indian head massage. He used more oil than I was expecting, but the nature of his technique demands a more fluid contact with the body. I tried to reciprocate some of his techniques, and I certainly came away having learned a lot. I'm looking forward to exchanging again very soon. |

I have recently had a follow up swap with Massagekneads whereby the theme of holistic relaxation was exemplified by him.
A lovely tranquil atmosphere and mood is set by massagekneads and his thorough and attentive procedure makes for a very worthwhile and benefitial treatment. I left feeling both de-stressed and peaceful as well as invigorated. I hope to swap with him again sometime in the future. |

Massagekneads is an intelligent friendly guy with an instinctive sensitive touch, which varies nicely between gentle and firm strokes.
Really enjoyed the whole experience. He performed some moves and touches I'd not experienced before and it was a toss up whether to try and work out what he was doing with his hands/fingers/elbows/forearms so I could learn new techniques or just lie back and enjoy it. I opted for the latter and felt extremely relaxed afterwards. Would definitely exchange again if he was up for it too. |

I had an excellent massage exchange from massagekneads07 yesterday. I hadn’t known much about the Ayurveda technique prior to our exchange, so I was extremely intrigued to experience what massagekneads07 had in store for me.
Massagekneads07 has an extreme calming persona and his treatment room reflected the exact calming energy. I immediately felt at ease. He was very informative and had patience in providing a background synopsis of the realm of Ayurveda, which was inspiring. His use of energy, technique, and warmth along with precise pressure was a great combination. I found it very difficult not to fall asleep, it was just that GOOD! I can honestly say I was transcended and would most definitely welcome future swaps. It was worth the travel time, trust me! Massagekneads07 comes highly recommended. Definitely placed in my favourite list! |

| An exchange with Massagekneads07 is a wonderfully theraputic experience. Perhaps not for the faint hearted. You need to be comfortable with being "marinated" with quite a lot of warm oil! The oils he uses are part of the treatment, they allow his hands to glide fluidly, in broad strokes, quite different to the western style of homing in on one small area for a while. You will feel yourslef unwinding in his capable hands but you must take his advice and wait three hours or so before washing off the oils afterwards. Later that evening I felt incredibly soothed and revived ( and my skin felt great!). Highly recommended. | |

I had a massage exchange with massagekneads07 and found him to be kind, patient and knowledgeable. He has a firm but not overly hard touch. Secondly he was able to locate pressure points in the neck, lower back and on calves. He is generous in his application of warm massage oil.
And he has a very reassuring long stroke method. Following the massage I felt fresh and invigorated. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and would be more than willing to have another swap. |

It's been a while since I exchanged last. bodykneadsltd specializes in the art of Ayurveda, a technique of Indian oil massage. I found him to be truly a magnificent healer. He is a very warm, inviting and caring person. He intuitively knew what I needed, his presence is soothing. bodykneadsltd body work was not rushed and he is very professional and experienced. I came out of there feeling calm and had the most amazing sleep. Thank you so much, highly recommended. Looking forward to our next exchanges.
