A long overdue review for CasVask. CasVask is currently studying for his Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage. I was a very willing guinea pig for one of his case studies and was treated to a very pleasant and enjoyable massage. I particularly enjoyed his work on my back. He employs a nice firm pressure which I love and he was able to adapt his normal sports routine for a more relaxing style which I prefer. He is a very kind host who made me feel comfortable-he has a nice therapy room. I look forward to meeting again for another massage soon. He has some interesting manoeuvres which I would like to incorporate into my own routine. Thanks Cassio for hosting this enjoyable exchange. Good luck in your future work in massage.
I have met CasVask twice now and on both occasions we spent several hours together massaging each other at his house. We started with a sitting massage then on the second occasion included foot bathing and massage, which worked really well. He has a proper table, towels and even wide paper towel that he unrolled onto the table before the session! He gives a good firm massage including using both hands together and his lower arms - something I will do in future. He is currently doing a sports massage course and I was able to appreciate what he has learnt. He needs more willing bodies to practice on and I can thoroughly recommend him.😊

an engaging friendly person who is great company. His massage was firm and most enjoyable. Make sure he does your feet as he is outstanding. I was refreshed but sleepy after our exchange always a good sign. CasVask took time and trouble to meet up and I am so pleased he did. Hoping to exchange again soon..
