Until today I had never even heard of WATSU - a significant shortfall in my knowledge. It is so marvellous that I don't think that mere words can adequately describe the session. Floating in a warm hydrotherapy pool, eyes shut, whole body supported, all muscles relaxed; being gently moved around and softly and thoroughly stretched is a wonderful experience that I can recommend to everybody.
The swapping session was easy to arrange and the pool was quiet and private. Watsuguy is a master of his craft and I can recommend him most highly. I certainly will be looking for another session when I am in the area. |
