Highly effective for back aches and pains? Yes
A total of 4 hours was spent in the company of gymfitswimmer at my flat, giving and receiving massage in an unhurried manner with some time afterwards to just relax and chat.
gymfitswimmer's massage technique is very assured; his deep tissue work was very accomplished and beneficial. And yet he's also a very sensitive man.
All in all a fantastic guy with whom to spend a Saturday afternoon. I certainly hope to do it again.

He lives quite locally, is a genuine person, extremely communicative and very, very good at his massage. Absolutely fine deep tissue work with great strength, swift strokes, strong stretches resulting into a stunning session, at the end of which I was left completely relaxed and very happy. gymfitswimmer gave me a fantastic massage today. he's a very nice guy and is calm and focussed in his massage style. he makes good use of his forearms and elbows and was good at checking in on pressure.
This guy may be new to the site but is well versed in bodywork routines and applies a skilled and trained series of sports style routines in a decent long bodywork session that is to be highly recommended as one of the best. I loved the elbow and knuckle work that was applied at just the right balance between comfort and firmness. He also provides a great body to work and and it was a most satisfactory exchange all round and one to be recommended for those able to offer same in return.
