| I have had the extreme pleasure of exchanging with Ian several times. Ian mixes the modalities of Trager, Sufi and Buddhist healing methods and energy healing. Trager uses gentle rhythmic rocking motion that moves through the whole body releasing muscular and joint restrictions. It also induces a state of meditation that encourages healing. Its an an interesting and unusual bodywork which feels closest to Thai massage. I felt deeply relaxed for several days. My range of motion was improved. I found the session with Ian was incredibly enjoyable. | |
