I had the opportunity to exchange massage with FarNorthDallasPlano and it was a very good session, I was able to learn few technics and will be using them in the future.
He made me be very relaxed and comfortable, time well spent, our session lasted for 7 hours.
Having communicated with FarNorthDallasPlano for some time, we were finally able to meet to do an exchange. He was a gracious host and had every thing ready, from towels for after shower, warm shower, to different oil or lotion for the massage to having and most important water.
His techniques were experiences that I'd not had before and then he help me learn them when it came to my turn to give the massage. He has a gentle and warm demeanor that was reflected in his attention to that I was comfortable with his massage technique thru out the exchange. This exchange would have to rank among my top 5 exchanges I've had over the years.

Mike deserves 6 stars; however, 5 is the limit! Outstanding exchange. I've never received a better massage from a trained massage therapist. Not only did he give a great massage he gave me some great tips on providing one. He is generous with his time; his personality makes you feel as though he's an old friend immediately. If we lived closer, I'd be exchanging massages with him weekly.

FarNorthDallasPlano and I traded massages recently, and I have to tell you it was one of the best trades I've experienced. To say his style is complete is an understatement. He loves to spend a lot of time working out all the kinks.
I think he may have spent a total of about two hours on me... I only hope he didn't feel shortchanged because time didn't allow me to spend that amount of time on him.
FarNorthDallasPlano really likes to give and receive deep tissue work. He communicated his needs very well when he was on the table, asking me to go deeper in some places and not so deep in others.
He was also able to work out a huge knot in my "bum" shoulder. I've had professional massage therapists give up on that shoulder, but FNDP kept working until I felt relief.
If you EVER have a chance to trade with him, take it!!

very thoughtful and great with his hands. He was my sixth massage to give for the day and he allowed me give the massage first so i could enjoy being worked over without haveing to recover afterwards. he was very generious at working on my lower back which i needed badly. I am sure I will trade with Mike again.

What a nice man, and great experience. Learned 3 new "techniques" from him, and thouroughly enjoyed his massage. I'd never used a mat before, but found it to be quite workable and easy to use. I was completely relaxed and at peace when we finished.
