We (my husband and I) met up with this person for a drink in a local pub (he was 30 minutes late) and then arranged for him to come around a couple of days later to give me a massage. We exchanged a few emails in which he confirmed that he was looking forward to our session. On the day of the massage I spent an hour or more setting up the room with scented candles, nice music and turned up the heating. And waited and waited. Then a brief and curt email appeared 30 minutes after he was due to arrive saying he hadn't even left home at that point. No apology - didn't even bother to sign his name. Of course, as I had other things to do in my life rather than just sitting around I told him so. He never contacted me again.

I consider him to be a complete time waster and probably gets a kick (sexual) from making arrangements and then fantasising over what he might have 'got up to'. Furthermore, I think that women should be warned of his behaviour as I really wouldn't want them to be taken in by this charlatan who probably can't even give a massage.

I sent an email at 12.34 to say that things had gone wrong, we where due to meet at 13.15. I drove an hour and a half to meet for coffee and an hour and a half back. I was completely accommodating as to the few time slots in her busy diary and arranged 13.15 last Thursday. I emailed at 12.34 to say I had encountered some problems as that was the courteous thing to do. I received a stroppy reply saying 'forget it' so left it at that. Then had the shock of this review, I did the travelling on the first occasion and fully intended to if my daughter hadn't been ill at school on the second occasion.
I am however extremely relieved that I didn't make it as I have since found out that they have previously secretly filmed a massage she was giving.
I wish her all the best for the future and rarely fall out with people and have no intention of doing so over a massage exchange.
