Stongholds gives a wonderful massage. He is skilled at both deep tissue and softer swedish. His work is thorough and you will leave relaxed and fully rejuvinated.

What an amazing exchange! I was fortunate enough to arrange a trade with strongholds while I was in town. It was a last minute trip and all the details were not really worked out when he contacted me. I discovered I had a very short window of opportunity to get together and he was more that accommodating. He had a very warm personality that is very welcoming. He was set up when I got there so we were able to get right to work. I enjoyed his pressure and energy. He was thoughtful to check in with me on the pressure because we has talked about deeper work. I liked how he incorporated stretching into the session. It was a great experience. Next time I will have to be sure and set time aside just to get together.
