Today I had a massage swap with Rayaan, a very friendly and engaging young man. He told me that he had completed a degree in physiotherapy, which included massage instruction. His massage of me was marked by having firm pressure, which is what I like. His therapeutic strokes were consistently well maintained and effectively produced good muscle relaxation.
