How much can you know about a person after just one massage session? Well, about OnyxMJ I know she’s a thorough professional, kind, deeply centered, humble but a receptacle of joy and a healer of the inner soul. Her communications prior to meeting were clear and her responses to my more anxiety-driven questions were patient, knowledgeable and timely. When we met she was dedicated to making me feel welcome in her space and genuinely interested in knowing me as a person and not just a client, which more easily builds trust when two strangers meet. Her studio's environment is spacious and inviting, evoking a sense of safety and protection from the cares of the outside world. Her technique, as stated in her profile, truly is tailored to your needs. She is comfortable conversing during the session or willing to let you drift away into a peaceful plane of being. I did both. The honest truth is the after-effect of having the most absolutely amazing massage in my life is still with me many weeks after I write this review.
I realize it isn’t important what I learned about this Lady during our exchange rather it’s what she taught me about myself, reflecting on my life and my journey, inspiring me to care more and share more with the world around me. |
