| I was contacted by this party for a possible exchange. It was short notice, and I wasn't available at the time. Another date and time was decided by both of us. I contacted the party to ask if anything additional was needed before the get together. I heard nothing. The day arrived for our exchange. He did not arrive, and I heard nothing. I have made previous arrangements with this person only to find the exchange doesn't happen. | |
