I had the pleasure of experiencing my first Watsu massage today. It is by far one of my best massage experiences to date. I cant thank dolphinman enough. The massage was not only therapeutic but extremely relaxing and soothing. dolphinman's amazing techniques and wholesome and healthy demeanor makes Watsu one of the best types of massage therapies for ailing backs or joints, in my opinion. He uses a mix of styles - using strong long deep tissue strokes on sore areas and then gentle kneading on other areas to relax and sooth high stress regions of the body.
