| Jonno59 arrived unexpectantly early. He mentioned he had had a long drive and was able to finish what he was doing early. Requested a cold drink and a shower. I gave jonni59 the opportunity to go 1st or 2nd he chose 1st as he was the guest. I continually asked Jonno59 was he comfortable and relaxed. He agreed and allowed me to continue.
