AntsNZ is very friendly and easy going person. when it come to massage, he has magic and a healing touch. Planning my exchange was easy. We chat on site and then exchanged each other numbers. We fixed the day for exchange and kept in contact until the exchange. He is a very good host and very repectable person. I won't hestitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great massage exchange experince.
For us, It was a 3 way exchange He gave me 10 minutes brief and explained about different strokes and tension areas to see and focus. we both gave the swap to another friend togather.
We tried 4 hands strokes on each others back which was very relaxing and rejuvenating. He is very informative and a really good massage teacher as well and put you at ease.
When it was my tern of the swap, AntsNZ gave me very good massage and took off all the tension spot on my back and shoulder neck area. I slept like a baby. His technique, the presure he used was what i really needed. We had some good conversations after massage. I cant recommend him enough. Looking forward to our next swap soon !

What a great guy! Very knowledgeable, highly trained, patient and informative. I am an absolute amateur, so Adam showed me a few techniques and I was soon taking very polite instruction and giving what I hoped was a half way decent massage.
Adam’s massage is second to none, professional level quality that soothed away aches and pains.
On top of that, Adam is a true gent. A great host in a warm and comfortable home, we laughed and chatted about a range topics. Great guy, cannot recommend highly enough!

Just had a great exchange with AntsNZ...once again I received a much better massage than I feel I provided...his professional training certainly showed. I met AntsNZ yesterday whilst on holiday in London and had an amazing massage swap. He is such a talented masseaur. He found tight spots I didn't know I had. We had a nice chat befire we started which helped break the ice.

I had a great three hour massage exchange with AntsNZ this afternoon. He is very experienced and has has a therapeutic style. I learned some deep tissue techniques i had not come across before. Some times there was a mixture of pain and pleasure simultaneously my body certainly knew it had been in the hands of an expert Afterwards I felt totally relaxed and my body felt completely refreshed . He was very easy to get on with we had a lovely time together which hopefully we will repeat before too long
I feel very fortunate that we were able to spend the better part of a day massaging. I was on the table first. AntsNZ's knowledge of the body is evident in his accurate and effective technique. I felt comfortable with him so conversation was easy and engaging. A pleasant day all up and I would be most appreciative of another exchange.
There is something blissful about allowing your body to the hands of a seasoned masseur and AntsNZ is certainly that and more. This was a most pleasant and delightful time. I look forward to another opportunity.

I met AntsNZ the other day for an exchange was my 1st so didn’t know what to expect. We chatted for a cpl of minutes which soon put me at ease. From his 1st touch I could tell that he really knew what he was doing and it felt totally amazing. He pointed out certain areas and pressures when I worked on him and I hope to have many more exchanges with him so I can learn much more. AntsNZ is a very friendly and welcoming host. I met him a few days ago after a brief exchange and he was able to host.
AntsNZ made me feel immediately welcome and after a brief chat about what we expect I was able to massage AntsNZ first. AntsNZ is qualified however don't let this put you off in terms of your massage - he was able to correct a few points which I will note for future massages.
AntsNZ was very relaxing and attentive, with the right pressure. I really look forward to further massages with AntsNZ and hope we can arrange something soon.
I had the pleasure of meeting Adam recently for a massage exchange. I had mentioned that I was quite insecure about giving massages and lacked confidence, and that this was something I'd like to work on.
When Adam arrived he was very generous with time and experience. He taught me some simple steps to giving a good massage and broke it down so that I could remember it!
I learnt a lot about different strokes to use and how to work in sections of the body and not just go all over the place! I felt very relaxed in his presence and gradually got more confident and felt less self conscious about whether I was doing it right. I hope I can out into practice what he has taught me.
Adam has taught massage for many years so when it was my turn to receive I was in very good hands. He worked at a really deep level and gave a fantastic and thorough going over. After he had left I just crashed out on the sofa!

It took a couple of months to finally get to meet up with AntsNZ, but it was well worth us persevering! He kindly hosted in his hotel room, where we had to use the bed, which proved no problem - he has a huge amount of experience, teaching and practicing over the years, and was able to search and destroy knot after knot in my back and shoulders, not without some pain along the way, but hey, 'no pain no gain' has never made more sense! He was very interesting to chat with as well, and it was more than four hours later that the session was over, though it certainly didn't feel like it, and not before I'd made a note of a couple of moves I want to take forward. Highly recommended, thanks Ants, and all I can say is, England's loss is Latvia''s gain! Bon voyage..

I met with AntsNZ recently for a massage swap. He is a very friendly guy and we discussed at the beginning what we wanted in the massage. He is certainly very skilled and has a wealth of experience. He gave me a vertical therapeutic massage releasing all the knots in my shoulders etc. If you want a technically brilliant and effective massage he is your man. He deserves 5*.
I met AntsNZ for a wonderful afternoon. He is a lovely, friendly man and gave a first rate massage. He discovered areas on my body that I has no idea were causing me problems, and this morning I felt so much better.
Not only did he give an excellent massage, but he also gave me excellent instructions on how to massage him and which strokes to use on each part of the body. It was a lot to take in in one session and I am looking forward to another session with him.

An incredibly knowledgable and patient teacher. The massage I received from him was outstanding. Therapeutic and relaxing - lots of knots located and treated! AntzNZ is one seriously capable and top quality masseur. I haven't had a massage from him for a couple of years due to posting away. The massage he gave me today quickly reminded me of what I was missing. He was very kindly complementary about my effort first of all but I soon recalled how wonderfully capable, gifted and professional he is. Strong hands and firm strokes, can make his way round a persons body like he designed it! He worked hard on my shoulders making me feel like I had just gone to hell, with the manipulation and deep work, but this was swiftly followed by a deeply relaxing firm but amazing body massage. I am tempted to say unacceptable to put people off, but have to say I can't recommend him highly enough. Just hope he doesn't become too busy for another meet - where I hope he will improve my massage skills. Thanks for a quality exchange.

I had a brilliant exchange with AntsNZ today which has quite inspired me. He used to be a massage teacher and so he was able to analyse and describe certain strokes in detail to me. I was keen to learn and encouraged him to give me feedback which he did patiently and in a way in which I could improve. He is a most generous and warm host and I feel that I have learnt a tremendous amount from him for which I am very grateful.
AntsNZ is a great guy and hosted a very pleasant exchange. I don't hesitate to give 5 stars. The preparations that he had made before I arrived gave a fantastic atmosphere. He was welcoming and I felt relaxed throughout. The exchange itself was an absolute pleasure. AntsNZ clearly has lots of experience and knows what he is doing, but at the same time the massage is very personal. If you want a great tutor, then AntsNZ is your man !! Excellent masseur in his own right, but incredibly patient with those still trying to master their skills. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone who is serious about their massage abilities. I look forward to further workshops.
