I had the pleasure of meeting Adam recently for a massage exchange. I had mentioned that I was quite insecure about giving massages and lacked confidence, and that this was something I'd like to work on.
When Adam arrived he was very generous with time and experience. He taught me some simple steps to giving a good massage and broke it down so that I could remember it!
I learnt a lot about different strokes to use and how to work in sections of the body and not just go all over the place! I felt very relaxed in his presence and gradually got more confident and felt less self conscious about whether I was doing it right. I hope I can out into practice what he has taught me.
Adam has taught massage for many years so when it was my turn to receive I was in very good hands. He worked at a really deep level and gave a fantastic and thorough going over. After he had left I just crashed out on the sofa!

It took a couple of months to finally get to meet up with AntsNZ, but it was well worth us persevering! He kindly hosted in his hotel room, where we had to use the bed, which proved no problem - he has a huge amount of experience, teaching and practicing over the years, and was able to search and destroy knot after knot in my back and shoulders, not without some pain along the way, but hey, 'no pain no gain' has never made more sense! He was very interesting to chat with as well, and it was more than four hours later that the session was over, though it certainly didn't feel like it, and not before I'd made a note of a couple of moves I want to take forward. Highly recommended, thanks Ants, and all I can say is, England's loss is Latvia''s gain! Bon voyage..
My second exchange with AntsNZ. Very welcoming, highly professional skills, and very encouraging and appreciative of my less expert and more intuitive style. Once again I learned a great deal. Looking forward to a future opportunity. Superb experience, thanks Adam.
I met with AntsNZ recently for a massage swap. He is a very friendly guy and we discussed at the beginning what we wanted in the massage. He is certainly very skilled and has a wealth of experience. He gave me a vertical therapeutic massage releasing all the knots in my shoulders etc. If you want a technically brilliant and effective massage he is your man. He deserves 5*.
I met AntsNZ for a wonderful afternoon. He is a lovely, friendly man and gave a first rate massage. He discovered areas on my body that I has no idea were causing me problems, and this morning I felt so much better.
Not only did he give an excellent massage, but he also gave me excellent instructions on how to massage him and which strokes to use on each part of the body. It was a lot to take in in one session and I am looking forward to another session with him.
Had my first exchange with AntsNZ - what a positive experience. Despite my complete lack of massage experience, he quickly skilled me with sufficient techniques to deliver a massage. An incredibly knowledgable and patient teacher. The massage I received from him was outstanding. Therapeutic and relaxing - lots of knots located and treated! Would have no hesitation recommending home - welcoming, confident and professional.
AntzNZ is one seriously capable and top quality masseur. I haven't had a massage from him for a couple of years due to posting away. The massage he gave me today quickly reminded me of what I was missing. He was very kindly complementary about my effort first of all but I soon recalled how wonderfully capable, gifted and professional he is. Strong hands and firm strokes, can make his way round a persons body like he designed it! He worked hard on my shoulders making me feel like I had just gone to hell, with the manipulation and deep work, but this was swiftly followed by a deeply relaxing firm but amazing body massage. I am tempted to say unacceptable to put people off, but have to say I can't recommend him highly enough. Just hope he doesn't become too busy for another meet - where I hope he will improve my massage skills. Thanks for a quality exchange.

I had a brilliant exchange with AntsNZ today which has quite inspired me. He used to be a massage teacher and so he was able to analyse and describe certain strokes in detail to me. I was keen to learn and encouraged him to give me feedback which he did patiently and in a way in which I could improve. He is a most generous and warm host and I feel that I have learnt a tremendous amount from him for which I am very grateful.
