I've been learning about and performing massage for more than 25 years. I've never had formal training or classroom time but over the years I've learned a lot from books, videos, friends and family who were massage therapists, physical therapists, nurses and other people interested in massage. I just give a good massage and the techniques I use are dependent on what you need based on what you ask for and how your muscles feel under my hands. I've had some very good results in relieving pain and just giving a massage that leaves you relaxed and refreshed. I've had Reiki training and I'm also a Level 3 Reiki Master/Teacher and love to combine Reiki with massage, with great results.
