Hi, my name is Alister I have had an interest in sports based massage since my teenage years. I have a background in martial arts with more than enough history of muscular pain due to injury from the age of 12. I have had a back injury which has caused me problems for over10 years now. I would imagine I have picked up more in massage and alternative remedies since then from Reiki, crystal healing, aromatherapy and massage. The later more for individual muscle manipulation to relaxation and wellbeing.
